Must be a misquote - 75% of the committed forces, i can see that with casualties and redeployments. Not of the entire active army. Certainly he wouldn't have moved that many troops in leaving any flank open.
You are assuming Putin has been given accurate numbers on his fighting forces. It is very possible there are some ghost divisions that only exist on paper.
He probably doesn't have ghost divisions, but he's definitely got ghost readiness. It's the Soviet way.

If they try an amphibious landing and it gets wiped out on the beach... hoooooo boy. Things inside Russia are gonna get mighty paranoid.

Looks like it got hit the cab/engine. At the very end you can see the infantry moving in the rear compartment.

And in that many different locations? Not many aircraft still in use create sonic booms.

If the definition is loose, that could include x-ray equipment.

I thought they all did (if they can break the sound-barrier), but we just don't allow them to go supersonic over domestic airspace.

Anyone who thinks it's the Ukes attacking Belarus has not been paying attention to this conflict...

The Ukes have been very methodical and consistent in their methods...

Put up a resistance, draw in the enemy, attack rear supply lines and then mount a counteroffensive...

They have not made any efforts to attack beyond their borders, and frankly, I'm not sure why they would as it would distract from what has been a solid strategy thus far...

100% false flag if true...

If there's the appearance of an attack then it's a False flag or internal sabotage. 100%

I wonder what happened to the rest of their helicopters there and when the Russians are going to finally run out of trucks.
I've already seen Russian civilian trucks blown up this week.

There will be less and less military grade trucks and more civilian transport as this special military operation drags on.

The total of Russia's amphibious forces in the Pacific could be heading to support the war effort in Ukraine, Japanese officials said on Wednesday.

All of Russia's amphibious forces in the Pacific are on the move, possibly on their way to support Russian forces in Ukraine, Japanese officials said on Wednesday.

Japanese officials say four Russian Navy amphibious warfare ships transited the Tsugaru Strait on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the Japan Ministry of Defense posted on social media on Wednesday that they might be transporting troops and vehicles for operations in Ukraine.

Good luck getting through the straits to get in the Black Sea.

How would they manage that? Turkey closed the straight and we're in the Mediterranean. That forces NATO to step aside very publicly to allow them to attack or for NATO to engage. They still think we're too weak and they're going to play chicken.

Setting aside for a moment every other reason why it would be a bad idea, Lukashenko is so afraid of his western neighbors and so afraid of his own people, that I'm not sure he'd be willing to throw his troops into this.

And Russia has themselves to blame for a decent amount of that paranoia.
