I think Putin has misunderstood the power of nuclear weapons. Nukes stop countries from invading you. If you use them in war, its game over, the world will retaliate 100x, and everyone loses.

The are so offensive, they are defensive. It doesn't matter if the nukes are in cuba or in a sub or in the russia mainland. If they decide to try to quick strike Miami, Disneyworld, Atlanta and DC they've just condemned Moscow and St. Petersberg to a smoldering crater.

He's spent so much money on a weapon system he can't use when he's getting rolled up in a conventional war.
Comfort to my ears as I sit here in in my office just ten miles from the Pentagon and twelve from the Capital!

That guy is a nut, no "misunderstood" about it. Never know what a nut will do! I hope the people around him aren't as nutty!

It's been 6-7 years since I was last in Romania, but I don't remember any highways that nice. Even Bucharesti to Ploiesti was rougher than that, and it was pretty new at the time.

The terrain looks correct, I was remarking about the pavement. Only went to Constanta once to visit the refinery there. Went by train, and thankfully not one of the blue ones!

The guy that falls out of the vehicle has his entire leg bandaged or in a splint. Had to have been like that prior to the bomb hitting the vehicle.

Guy at the car at end also had knee bandage already on and likely new blood above it.

Russians have been leaving dismounted troops in various places I guess for early warning and or for arty targeting. UKR has been tearing them up a bit with mortars targeting with drones. Have seen at least 3 vids. Typically those who can start running to the rear but these guys were all ambulatory and needed a ride as nobody was coming for them.
