Ottawa police twitter is working overtime to gaslight and spin.

It's like they aren't aware nearly all actions today are on camera.

This is a travesty. Maybe the biggest will be the complete lack of fair coverage across world media. It's gonna get memory holed unless something changes. I'm not confident the conservative parliament members can/will do anything. I'm not confident judges will do anything.


There's 1000s of hours of this protest on tape. Not a single incident of violence before police initiated it. Yet, because apparently words/images are violence, random confederate and nazi flags (conveniently in perfect view of a cameraman) were the justification for the Crack down.

It's a shame. I hope millions of Canadians show up in Ottawa tomorrow but I doubt it will be.

I will try to stay awake and watching these different streams as long as I can. Just feel that tonight is the time that Trudeau has ordered a massacre to kill the protesters.

Hope I am wrong. But that is not how these police officers have been acting that I have seen over many, many feeds.

I don't know about a massacre but there will be more violence from the police. They've beaten a fair few protestors and now killed a woman. Hopefully there are no more fatalities.

Thank you for saying so, but it honestly isn't a huge sacrifice. The existing contracts with those agencies only constituted about 6 weeks of work, which we can make up elsewhere. Fortunately my Canadian employees are contractors and have other income from their full time jobs. They were fully on board. All from Alberta; really good people with strong values.

Two things.

Protesters have said we need to only last until Monday because that's when Parliament can act to shut down Trudeau.

Second, they killed Grandma for no reason, on film. It has gone viral.

I want to add something here that may be off topic.

Ukraine. Canada has a military that mostly if not completely relies on us to transport the men and materiel anywhere outside of Canada. So right now, Canada is effectively out of NATO. They need trucks to be effective, they need our airlift to project any force that means crap.

Australia, New Zealand, etc. Out of play.
