Disregard previous. I see what it means "Down" refers to areas of service down. Given the exact correspondence to the demonstrations this is de-facto blackouts set up by Canada's Big Tech/or govt.

Was talking with a coworker up there, apparently you need a license to even handle one, let alone purchase. He is German transplant though, don't know if it's different for natural citizens

Of course they won't be denounced. Their job is to instigate violence, and if/when the freedom convoy retaliates, the government thugs will have their excuse to crack down on the freedom convoy.

Police ok with truckers guarding the War Memorial. Apparently fence was originally put up to protect from other groups (groups trying to sabotage truckers?).
