They did early. Mostly focused on how Kenosha was scary chaos and people have short memories about how bad the riots last summer were. And Joe calling out the govt for abdicating its responsibility. Said the car company had called Kyle and others to protect them

I had to stop though because WWE Alex Jones annoys the **** out of me

He's an idiot and delivers things terribly. I'm terribly afraid though of how he's not always wrong though

I'm not a lawyer, so no one cares about my opinion. I have watched over 25 trials though from beginning to end, and parts of at least 30. All were civil trials.

I was looking over some of the trial recaps, and it appears that the defense totally obliterated the case that the prosecution brought to trial. So much so that they scrambled to add in a new theory with the provocation and fuzzy photo.

I still think that defense's close was not very good. He was clearly upset at all the games the ADAs played, and I think that got under his skin a bit more than it should have.

He recapped the evidence, which is nice, but thought he could have argued a bit better. The material presented was pretty helpful. "Hocus Pocus out of Focus" was good stuff there.

No comment on judge. Prosecution are scummy slimebags, and I hope that they will forever be remembered as the guy that pointed a gun at the jury, and the guy whose argument against the reasonableness of self defense was "everyone takes a beating sometimes".

I honestly thought that Lil'Binger did good on his close.

Gotta add in that the line "Kyle Rittenhouse had the right not to be molested by Joseph Rosenbaum" was excellent, too.

Pretty damn good summary, non-lawyer.

I listened to Rogan's interview of Alex Jones, and Rohan did real time fact checks on the stuff Jones was saying. What you walk away realizing is that Jones usually takes a kernel of truth and wraps it in his crazy persona. A lot of the stuff he says is factual, but he throws in over-the-top conspiracy theory lines that make him look (correctly) insane.

I'm no fan of his, but it was interesting to listen to him speak outside of the edited sound bytes everyone gets on the internet. That being said, he's probably one of the least reliable sources for news and current events, regardless of whether he's eventually partially correct.

Shockingly, I'll admit that I like hearing him but I've never listened to him more than 5 minutes. This podcast that is still going on is interesting me. He's among peers and I don't think they're letting each other slip. It's actual discourse.

Drew Hernandez is talking now about how he got banned on Instagram for people threatening his life after he was in the trial. He screenshot DMs and submitted then his account was banned as if he was doing wrong for people threatening his life

When did I claim the MSM is more reliable? They aren't. I prefer the Daily Wire. I know what their angle is and I can easily discern the facts from the analysis.

I really don't care what the prosecutor does in his personal time or his orientation or whatever.

If he's having some sort of relationship with a judge, that could be a problem.

That is some impressive journalism right there.

Some serious trouble if Binger has been in Kerkman's court given their relationship, right?

Pretty sure "roomates" should not both be in the same courtroom together unless they are working on the same team.

There are about 10 reasons BINGER is a POS.

Not on the list? His sexuality.

Unless there is some sort of ethics violation on an inappropriate relationship, you be you, Lil' Boi Bringer.

I think going after the ADA because of his sexuality is over the line and most of all, not needed.

He's unethical, a liar, and either ignorant of the law, or doesn't mind lying about the law to win a case.

Hit him on those facts, not where he sticks (or receives) body parts
