Lets go back to this for a moment.

To recap, Garland issues his memo about parents being domestic terrorists vis a vis school boards. Jordan then reads a press release from the same day naming the agencies, committees, divisions etc. that will comprise the task force to effectuate Garland's memo. The final division listed by Jordan reading from the press release was the National Security Division o DOJ. That is the division that oversees FISA applications and FISA queries under section 7. The "to/from" and the "about" queries.

Why in the hell would the National Security Division even be involved UNLESS the judgment has already been reached that parents at school board meetings can be labeled as domestic terrorists?

Cannot square those two statements.

Wait a minute. Garland has admitted that section 5 is unconstitutional but he is still going to use the Voting Rights Act section two to harass states passing new voter integrity laws anyways? Even if the John Lewis Act is not passed and becomes law authorizing the DOJ to do so??

True that the DC Circuit hears a lot of cases that the other circuits generally don't. So I don't have that breakdown.

Yeah but I wish he would have sent that letter before yesterday. It would have put the fire to Garland as he clearly wouldn't have done anything to investigate Hunter anyway. As it was, he swatted away the questions by feigning to not know and to have not received the letter. Damn.
