Surprise! It appears that Garland's obnoxious memo claiming parents were domestic terrorists that was justified by a request from the National School Board Association was 100% astroturf.

Pretty sure WH Legal Counsel would not make such a determination as these parents falling under domestic terrorists under the Patriot Act without some input from DOJ. Considerable input. They would want that back-up.

Remember W. and water boarding is/is not torture? Yeah, need that weigh in from DOJ.
