I don't see why this is surprising or controversial (realizing that Mr. Prosobiec makes his living as a dramatist).

Qatar is a well known supporter of political Islamist movements (Muslim Brotherhood, Taliban etc).
Certain Taliban leaders have been residing in Doha as guests of the Qatari Emir for several years now where they meet with the Americans among others.
Taliban has won the war so now their hosts / allies are flying them home.

If it was secret it wouldn't be on Flightradar24.

It's not hard to understand that their saying the right things fo the cash, but the reality is they have a kill list and are going to find those individuals. They rule on fear and murder and always will
