Yes, there does have to be a sound supportable case with corroborating evidence if it is going to be brought before a court. All these claims aren't going to be regarded as evidence in an of themselves, or won't be considered much of a case. I'm really surprised they are trying to take it to court.

Don't mistake this case as representing the totality of issues or problems that are claimed to exist regarding the 2020 election and how it was conducted and all the unusual anomalies that occurred. This case isn't addressing issues in other areas, isn't addressing voting procedures related to CoVID implement by extralegal means that were not stopped by the courts only on technicalities of timing and standing, etc. this is a small and marginal sideshow for the bigger picture regarding election security and voting rights.

What is disconcerting to me the most is the evidence (affidavits, videos of boxes of ballots hidden then pulled out possibly counted twice, blatant disregard for state election laws, seemingly endless appearance of ballots included after deadlines, etc.) was completely disregarded by DAs and law enforcement. There were no investigations by any law enforcement agencies except for the random single voter fraud.

The state legislators had to use their legislative authority to begin any real honest, transparent investigations. This should be concerning to everyone.

Yes I read this thread and only saw 4 or 5 posts about affidavits. Haven't listened to the entire proceedings. Were all the affidavits tossed or just ignored because people thought or believed irregularities occurred?

I remember at least one county were they found very large errors in counting, Antrim. I still find it depressing no law enforcement investigation was done.

The FBI can attack Trump with known lies and nothing happens to them.

They're not going to get disbarred. They're definitely getting sanctions, and will be referred for discipline. But they won't lose their licenses over this.

I wish I could just ask for disbarment every time I've faced a meritless personal injury case. I doubt judge takes the bait, but if that is the outcome, it is politically motivated.
