I have yet to read the order, but I'm going to pour a big glass of wine and go through it later. At cursory glance, it's a doozy. The defendants get all of their fees (to be determined how much that is), all the plaintiff attorneys have to take 12 hours of CLE, and they're all being referred to their respective state bar. You don't want that.

No way I'm reading that Order.

the sanction doesn't seem too harsh though. Pay their fees, some CLE and report the sanction to other bars you belong to. (Requires to do that anyway)

But way after that, too much stuff with factual support has come out. She got the concept right, just couldn't get the needle in the haystack to pinpoint it correct. Time constraints were too tight.

You of all people know that feeling. You have a case, might be a great case but you just can't get it to a core narrative.

i've told this story a few times here but I'll tell it again. Standard Lemon car case. Only, that particular car had been loaned out for a three day test drive to a contractor for DOD. They nuked it using EMP.

Took me a year to find that out and getting the commander of the Air Force to sign off on declassifying it.

If you take the r2 of the % of Trumps votes in MI, GA, WI, and PA and use that to predict the likelihood trump would get zero percentage for the # of those votes simultaneously on each of those 4 states, you literally have a higher percentage of getting struck by lightning every month.

The big lie is pretending Biden got 100% of the votes from 2am to 4am in those states simultaneously even before you take into account they were closed and done counting for the night.

Look I understand your excitement in all of this. I fell for the Kraken bs at first... and quickly realized this woman was nuts. I do think there was more then minor fraud in the election, and the way things went down that night, especially in your state, any sane person has the right to question what happened.

I saw you semi defend Biden at the beginning of this thread. So I wanted to take a moment and tell you, I understand your frustrations with Trump. I understand people didn't like his rhetoric. But the fiasco this administration is, you could see from a thousand miles away.
