The affidavits were someone saw a bin with a lid off, someone saw a person walking around with a plastic bag and votes were counted multiple times even though the total count wasn't off by anywhere near where they were claiming. Total garbage.

Fink's closing was good. On Jan 5th, they briefed that Wood and Powell were using this lawsuit to try to impact Congress on 1/6. You can't file garbage in Court and then go all over social media citing the case to tout the Big Lie.

Judge should have let Lin Wood argue a bit after Fink. He may have grounds to say his due process was violated. But he can file a supplemental brief in 14 days, so there's that.

He's going to claim that's not enough time and pull a bunch of other B.S.

I'd like to add that gasoline price today is exactly double the cost of Dec 20 in my area. That seems to be 100% inflation to me. That spike is affecting costs of all product shipped by truck, boat, and plane.

This version of ballot harvesting also works well with low income housing projects.

Which was plausible since counters were up against that window. That is why they added the coverings there. Next day, I see that exact image as proof of election rigging in Detroit.

That's why it was a farce but not the only reason. Wasn't conducted in proper motion practice, for one thing.
