Well, like the Green New Deal that took a lot of the blame last week, $15 an hour minimum wage isn't a thing yet. People losing their power providers and dying in their homes during a record cold snap in my home state has more of my attention.

OK, well, I drove to New Braunfels...which took me about 6 hours with the road conditions...to drop off more blankets and food and my camp stove for my 80+ year old parents who were without power for two days. When I got there, it was 41 degrees in their house, but I'm sure they would have been fine.

I am not claiming you don't care about your parents. I helped mine as well, whose house got down to 38 w/out power and we had to help them remediate a flood situation in the house after busted pipes too. I care about my parents too. But I would still wager that fewer people died from the cold than would have died if life had continued as normal during that time frame...I could be wrong. Ultimately, my point is that you re not fretting every day about the lives that were lost in this event like you pretend. Liberals always do this...but they generally care LESS than others about human life, from my experience.
