Based upon this comment, it sounds like the precedent is that evidence no longer can be used as evidence in court. Therefore we no longer have law. And courts are irrelevant. Without the ability to uphold the law, the executive branch is not necessary. Why have a legislature write laws that cannot be enforced?
Then after opening the borders we no longer have a sovereign nation.
It sounds like the Democrats have nullified the purpose for the three branches of government and have given us the opportunity to start over.

Or a more probable explanation is the evidence has little standing, instead of a fanciful conspiracy involving hundreds of thousands of people across the country, and in foreign countries, including the FBI, election officials from both parties and AG Barr of all people.

Yes. comrade, the Democrats ever cheated during elections.
So why are you against following through with evidence of cheating? Even if the election results don't change, the law should be enforced. Otherwise, what's the point in having the law?
Your premise is flawed. There has been no evidence of cheating. The so-called 'evidence' doesn't hold up. The video in the OP shows nothing wrong per GA election officials. The ballots were not being hidden. The containers were proper and sealed. The observers were not forced to leave or required to be in the room. The accusations are frivolous. The evidence doesn't exist.
You know how I can tell you didn't watch the video posted above about a frame by frame investigation by election officials. Watch the video, there is evidence.Jmiller said:BuddysBud said:Jmiller said:BuddysBud said:Jmiller said:BuddysBud said:OPAG said:

Why do you believe interviews of government officials but you ignore testimony of others?
Counting votes with no observers is not proper. At a minimum it has the perception of wrongdoing and shows a complete lack of judgment. Perhaps the election should be done again with competent oversight?
Since incompetence is not illegal, the election results are fine?
Edit to add: My post was that the law should be upheld.
Your response is that my premise is flawed.
So voter fraud shouldn't be investigated and prosecuted? Or you claim that absolutely no fraud occurred? Wow!
Unwarranted investigations just for the heck of it, because your supposed 'evidence' doesn't support one.
Your premise is flawed because the law is being followed. There is no evidence of fraud in this case and all the others frivolous accusations Trump and his lawyers have scatter shot into the public domain. The authorities, who are the government (sorry), and many who happen to be members of Republican party, like the GA SoS, have said there is NO merit to these accusations. But we have to play this charade of frivolous accusations because Trump supports can't accept reality. I cant wait for this admin to be over and politics stops being so much of a reality tv show.

I'll sure you'll be real happy with the media sweeping Democrat corruption under the rug.
This supposed corruption has a ton of Republicans involved. Ib4rinos&deepstate
Are the complicit election workers in all these states on the DNC/Soros payroll? It's so ridiculous.
Did you watch the video?John Maplethorpe said:
Did noted non-partisan investigator Tim Poole have access to witnesses and all 24 hours of security footage like the government investigators in Georgia?

You believe Joe Biden got 81 million votes.

So the investigators at the Georgia Secretary of state are in on the conspiracy? That's what you're going with instead of updating your priors?

I normally consider myself to be a well composed and politely mannered human being, however the last several months of "liberal" tactics (violence) and messaging (propoganda) has even me feeling on edge these days. I can't imagine how someone on the right with even an ounce lof less self control will continue to stand by and just allow these Marxists take control of everything, and to think the real loonys will sit by, I just don't see it.
You idiots on the left need to stop supporting this crap. People will not stand by in silence much longer. If you don't, this will not end well I assure you.
Every lie defended is like dropping yet another lit match on a keg of gunpowder. It hasn't exploded yet, but for some reason you don't think it ever will so you continue dropping them. It's absolute madness.
Sure, all that evidence, all those affidavits that turned out to be from confused, non-educated, and not credible witnesses(from multiple judges AND the GOP), all that fake news that is resulting in being laughed out of 40+ courtrooms across the United States.
If you choose to believe all this... twitter clickback scammers over our courts that have almost unanimously thrown out every scam, including by Trump appointees, what else is to say?
So, like the chair of the board of cavassors of Wayne County. No credibility for that woman at all, correct?
If she's guilty, by all means take it to the courts and jail her.Thats great, I'm all for rats being jailed
But honestly if regardless of left or right, if one side is losing in the courts 40 times or something, would you not also think "You know, I'm a bit skeptical after all those loses, so let me hear how things are going in court"
The only thing she is guilty of is standing up for the truth and sharing the details of the fraud she witnessed in Wayne County after receiving death threats against her children.
Her testimony is devastating, but no one cares to pay attention.
She claimed turnout was 125%, when it was actually 49.6%. She claimed the poll books were off by a hundred thousand when the republican state senator repeatedly said it was not.
Honestly she sounds overall like a complete liar.
