You can't have it both ways as the "fact check" spin article states.
Scanning is essential to ballot vote counting. You would have to believe the observer role was reduced to "cutting" and only to unpackage ballots for a closed group of dem workers to decide which ones to scan in private. That's BS!
Even the the BS article admits the observers were in fact DISMISSED, while vote scanning carried on WITHOUT them. So maybe its true about not leaving unscanned ballots out overnight. But its still NOT explained why observers were dismissed. Its a flat out lie that "their work had been completed". The law is clear about their observation role durring scanning/counting. The lady narrating the dam video makes that point clear!

Are you saying they opened and matched sigs on the totes under table before being dismissed? How about observing which ballots are scanned and how many times they are scanned....that seems like a legit observation.

Any reporter who writes an article, has posted in the NYT, lives in Seattle and deems themselves as a "fact checker" should be taken with extreme caution in my opinion. That's the girls credentials on the fact check article you all are talking about.
