Ultimately, would the plan of having so many objections during January 6th to cause Pence, as presiding officer of the joint session to declare a one week recess before the count was finalized do that much damage?

The date of Jan 6th is not in the constitution, it is in the Electoral Count Act. And under the doctrine that no Congress can bind future Congresses, extending that date by one week would not cause irreparable harm. Not a constitutional crisis.

Give the states a week to do whatever they wanted to investigate further or take a vote to recertify the slates or not.

And according to Byrne, Pence was on board until the night of Jan 5th when his chief of staff, Marc Short, talked him out of it. Short has close affiliations with Lincoln Project members.

Okay you legals, i can't stand Robets, especially as a Chief Justice. But, other than his SCOTUS decisions, I don't have anything else to support my thoughts.

When he was being confirmed, did any of y'all see this kind of behavior in his previous writings? It appears to me both Bush's screwed over the American's that support, and supported them.

I remember most people thought he would be a good SC justice based on his previous writings, which is why his behavior since is so infuriating.

The problem with Roberts is this. He was originally up as an Associate Justice. Then Rehnquist died and his nomination was switched to replace him as Chief Justice. Bad move. Scalia should have become Chief Justice and let the Court decide that, in my view.

Anyway, although Roberts was qualified as an Associate Justice, he got promoted beyond his capabilities. There is a huge difference between being a member of a deliberative body and being the leader of it. His personal opinion is now tainted by others. He feels he needs collegiality on the Court. While good that isn't the point of having a Supreme Court. They should be as contentious, within boundaries, as their conscience will permit.

He could have been a great Justice, as an Associate.

I agree, and that's what I remember.

For this kind of a change, there's either something in his past decisions that would have given him away, or, he really has been corrupted in some fashion by the Left.

I guess TDS requires that she tweet this article from 2019 that we all know has been debunked.

Of course Carter can rest easy now as things have turned out in his favor. He will no longer be remembered as the worst president in US History.

Ain't that the truth. A repeat of the Carter years seems to be the best case scenario at this point

Going to be a lot of butthurt folks around here when DeSantis doesn't run in 2024.

Unfortunately I think he will wait and if 45 runs he will stay out, and that is probably for the best so they dont have to tear into each other and he just flat out isn't going to get the nomination over Trump.

Personally I would prefer Ron at this point as well. But if 45 runs again Id prefer he stay as a Rockstar in Florida

Can Ron be governor of, like, 15 states at once? Then I'd be fine with it.

To me, here's the most important part, let's DO a full investigation.

I understand what I'm saying, but if we included the two years after November, 2016, I'd have been just fine. Bring it!

Obviously, it's who does it, which states, and who cooperates, similar to now. If everyone cooperates, then I would be thrilled. But if the rules above are followed, watch how fast the Dems change their tune on a genuine political autopsy.

As Joe Stalin once said and Joe Biden often repeats, "it's who counts the votes, COUNTS THE VOTES".

While these latest videos provide more evidence of significant issues with the November 2020 election in Delaware County, the totality of the whistleblower tapes has two broader implications: First, the problems captured on video suggest systemic issues with American elections. Second, without whistleblowers filming the behind-the-scenes chaos, the public would remain blissfully ignorant of the apparent banana republic-like state of our electoral process.
Seems the election problems and potential for voter fraud are much more extensive than anyone could have anticipated.
Question is,"are all deep blue states really deep blue?"

The big problem is centralized counting in these large counties.

That introduces a fundamental flaw - a single point of failure for both innocent errors and malicious acts.

Conduct tabulations at the precinct. And do it analog.

Agree. And the irony of doing big counting centers in the era of covid crappola seems lost on most people.

Part of what Byrne was talking about yesterday. The fact that six counties out of 3300+ counties in the US swayed the election.

And those six counties had centralized counting centers.

Absolutely not. We have some deep blue urban centers across the country where the political machines have been rolling for decades like the glimpse we see in these Phily / Delaware County videos. They are ripe with fraud and they think they're heroes for operating the way they do. The way Detroit and Philly boarded up the windows, kicked observers out, etc. The late night water main breaks in ATL that enable observers to go home but counters to stay. The previous vote harvesting videos that have come out in Minnesota and Texas. We have all the same crap in Harris Co Texas, too. That's just how Dems do. Been going on for a long time. Problem with 2020 and going forward is the drastic amplification of mail-in ballots, no controls on chain of custody on the drop boxes for millions of mail-in ballots that where dropped instead of mailed, no controls on signature verification for mail-in ballots, no controls or audit trails for the adjudication of ballots at the machines, etc. It's a mess and they fought every court objection, every audit, and every attempt at integrity bills in every state legislature, and even attempting to federalize all elections to prevent integrity because they know they can't win with integrity.

The Biden Administration now says "conspiracy theories" about elections are the greatest threat to the homeland. Does the Department of Homeland Security include in its list of conspiracy theories the on tape irrefutable evidence of massive "Ballot Harvesting" in the Swing States? Do they include more votes than voters, and the fact that in Georgia thousands of duplicate votes were scanned and voter fraud was committed with 100-0 falsified vote counts for Joe Biden? Do they include in Wisconsin more than twice the election margin voted without ever showing Voter ID, which is illegal, or the widespread fraud uncovered in nursing homes? Or how 23,344 mail-in ballots were counted, despite the person no longer living at that address in Arizona, and that there was over 100% turnout for mail-in ballots in precincts in Pima County. What about the many violations of the Constitution, and the millions poured into Swing States by the Facebook CEO to hijack our elections?

The Biden Administration will do anything to keep the eye away from the massive irregularities and voter fraud that took place in the 2020 Presidential Election, even so ridiculously as going after its own citizens as "terrorists" using DHS, which should instead be focusing on the Border, where millions of people, from places unknown, are pouring into our Country. They are so desperate to hide the truth, they'll make it criminal to speak it!

Seeing clerk Tina Peters in handcuffs (for doing her job in CO) is just another low point in Joey B's murikkka.

Pathetic losers holding her in cuffs, too.

That was on War Room just a bit ago.

Colorado is mini-Cuba or East Berlin now.

/Just saw post above. This stays. God Bless Tina! Love her...
