Brad Raffenspger had 42 "errors" in his 10-page rebuttal?

Where's that GA voter we know so well?

Ultimately, would the plan of having so many objections during January 6th to cause Pence, as presiding officer of the joint session to declare a one week recess before the count was finalized do that much damage?

The date of Jan 6th is not in the constitution, it is in the Electoral Count Act. And under the doctrine that no Congress can bind future Congresses, extending that date by one week would not cause irreparable harm. Not a constitutional crisis.

Give the states a week to do whatever they wanted to investigate further or take a vote to recertify the slates or not.

And according to Byrne, Pence was on board until the night of Jan 5th when his chief of staff, Marc Short, talked him out of it. Short has close affiliations with Lincoln Project members.

Short had pictures???

It would be great if they were just grammar/spelling errors, but Favrito said Raffy fabricated/fudged/omitted 42 key items.

On a different note, someone recently ran over a judge that presided over a Wendy Rodgers case in AZ (not specific to elections). Libs were pissed, so they got the car keys and went hunting for human speed bumps.

He knows exactly what he's doing. He's counting on the machine in Georgia overlooking his intentional incompetence so he doesn't get investigated by REAL investigators.

He's also counting on voters not noticing due to few, to no, media reporting his malpractice.

Peter Navarro backs up what Byrne was saying the other day as to the actual plan for Jan 6th.

Quote:

The House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 riot on Capitol Hill subpoenaed former White House trade adviser Peter Navarro.

The Jan. 6 committee made the announcement on Wednesday, saying investigators are interested in records and information Navarro has about efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election and his work with Steve Bannon and others to delay Congress's certification of the 2020 election.
Quote:

"As the domestic terrorists running the January 6 partisan witch hunt are well aware, President Trump has invoked Executive Privilege; and it is not my privilege to waive. They should negotiate any waiver of the privilege with the president and his attorneys directly, not through me," Navarro said.
Quote:

In his book and in numerous interviews, Navarro talked about a plot he concocted with Bannon, a Trump ally who joined the former president's 2016 campaign and spent much of the first year in the administration as White House chief strategist, to implement the "Green Bay Sweep," in which they would enlist members of Congress and pressure Pence to stall the certification of the 2020 election on Jan. 6. The goal was to get the state delegations in Congress to select the next president. Navarro said the plan was upended by the violence that transpired on Capitol Hill that day.

"Their narrative is that Trump instigated the violence. My fact-based claim is that the last thing Trump, Bannon, or me wanted that day was violence because we needed peace and calm on Capitol Hill to implement to Green Bay Sweep," he told the Washington Examiner. "The only reason why we weren't able to execute the strategy was because of that violence."
Link

There is a difference between Byrne's description and Navarro's on what the goal of the Green Bay Sweep was. Navarro seems to suggesting the invocation of the 12th Amendment contingent election while Byrne was suggesting a week long pause for state delegations to Congress to consult with their state legislatures on recertifying the purported slates of electors or submitting an alternative slate.

Such a procedure could wind up causing neither candidate receiving the 270 electoral votes and hence the invocation of the 12th, or not.

Anyway, thought it was notable that Byrne was not completely FOS the other day.

That's a state where Trump got 39%. So "fair" redistricting would give the GOP 2 seats.

The GOP should eff the Dems in redistricting at every opportunity, and to the maximum possible extent.

We lived in Connecticut in the very early 70s. It was WASP city and heavily Republican back then.

In the little town in which we lived, there were two Jewish students and I was one of ten Catholics in my entire junior high. When I started HS up there, in school with nearly 2,000 students, had two Black kids, a guy and a gal.

That's how WASPy it was.

Good lord.

Democrats constantly scream about voter rights and voter disenfranchisement. This is the definition of screwing the voter. Cancelling out the legitimate voters who follow the voter laws and cast their votes are cancelled out, rendered irrelevant.

Making people live in the state they are voting in and use an ID to prove as much PROTECTS the rights of ALL voters from **** like this.

I have said this again and again. There is no rational discourse with today's far left liberal. There can be no "common ground" with anyone unwilling to follow the law. These people know there was fraud, but can look away because it put their team in charge.

It's impossible to have rational discourse with those who use exclusively lies and falsehoods to craft their arguments. Political turmoil will only continue to degrade as long as the American left is unwilling to embrace honesty. This is what happens when a political group completely abandons ethics and morality.

It's just like Stacy Abrams....when she got outed not wearing a mask, her first response was "it's Black History Month, so anyone that criticizes me is a racist", or something along those lines. When she got called out about that, then she apologized.

Sorry for the slight derail, but for me it goes beyond "rational discourse" at this moment. There is no difference, to me, between a far left loon and a criminal. Their actions both steal from me and my family. They both attack my freedoms and liberty. So no, I am not going to be your friend or remain cordial. The stupid **** you do is LITERALLY hurting me, so **** you. And no, it isn't hurting my feelings like a mean tweet or because the FACT there are only (2) genders, it is reducing my savings, raising my living costs, impacting my freedoms, and impacting EVERY ASPECT of my life.

CISA is saying it wants to wait on releasing even a redacted report to give Dominion time to fix the vulnerabilities before releasing the report.

You are. We have exchanged some PMs about CISA and their white hat/black hat status among other matters within his knowledge in that particular arena.

And this report is from the long running Curling v. Raffensperger case with many of the vulnerabilities being identified before the 2020 election. Dominion has had plenty of time to correct the identified deficiencies...

unless as suspected, those are a feature and not a flaw. Can't have it both ways here.

Somehow, in my gut it all ties back to Mike Lindell getting ahold of the packet captures. Because if you recall, when they had the cyber-symposium (where Tina Peters blew CO apart), the feds were panicking and fumbling about trying to see who was on their team (unethical) vs. the ethical team. People were getting hacked left and right during the first day, so it was obvious they (feds) wanted nothing to get out.

These exchanges happened right after the symposium, and are from a Mike Lindell site:

https://cdn.michaeljlindell.com/downloads/fix2020first/exibits/Tab%2005%20092121%20Halderman%20Decl..pdf

The same culprits are mentioned. Someone within CISA's purview appears to have been caught cheating (or failing at their job), but can/will that ever be prosecuted?

On top of it all, Trump was on Wayne Root's show recently saying there are some big things in the works w/r to these findings. He said it was the right & deserved outcome...meaning no Speaker of the House gig is in the works for later this year.

My part of CISA's foundation:
12 CEH's? Check
65 more? Check
XXX (unknown)
XXXX (unknown)

They were right there at the center of it all. They could've heard Nance's voice (twice) if they'd just listened...the announcer Nance, just around the corner.

I'll edit as needed. Their L-3 Dev CMMI umbrella is no longer the one I raised, so no NDA.

I do recall they were under cyber attack. Have to confess I never quite understood the whole packet captures part.

Are you allowed to expound further?

Apologies, but CMMI never covered anything like that (packet captures). It's more for perfecting the auditing & appraising of a DoD sponsored company's software development lifecycle.

Important: The real power of CMMI is looking over what's been done in the past. When done properly, nothing gets by during a SCAMPI-level appraisal. But, how much of the hardware/software has been illegally trashed/deleted? Can't audit what isn't there...

CMMI = Capability Maturity Model (Integration)
SCAMPI = Standard Capability Assessment Method for Process Improvement

Yes.

They can be altered/affected from the satellite, then massaged locally.

Okay. Thanks, the pieces are falling together for me now. What Byrne was talking about was the Obama era EO regarding foreign interference in an election and the options a President has when that happens, one of which includes seizing selected voting related machines. (To my uneducated mind that screams "servers" or "routers" not BMDs, although those also could be seized.)

Am I close?

Even more Voter Fraud was just discovered in Wisconsin. It shows the Election was Rigged and Stolen. A hearing this week revealed at least 50,000 illegal phantom votes were cast in the 2020 Presidential Election, which is more than twice the "victory" margin. Incredible problems were also uncovered within Wisconsin's voter rolls, including an apartment building with 102 percent turnout rate (not possible), 113 ballots cast from an address where no one lives, 3,713 "voters" registered to U.S. Post Offices, and 625,000 dead people on Wisconsin's voter rolls. In addition, 46,000 votes were cast on Nov. 3rd based on voter information that was never verified by the state. This is on top of massive ballot harvesting, rigged "indefinitely confined" votes, the Wisconsin Election Commission instructing election officials to break the law, Zuckerberg drop boxes, etc. So who in Wisconsin is leading the charge to decertify this fraudulent Election? It's time for RINOs to step forward and save our Country!

Right on target, I'd say.

A lot of what CISA was/is responsible for is the Verification & Validation (V&V) side of things.

V&V 101:
Verification: Is this the product you said you'd deliver? Let me verify that.
Validation: Does it perform the way you said it'd perform?
Let me validate these results to check against your expected results.

Now, imagine a Dominion machine coming across your desk if your a PhD CEH...

FYI, Mike is going to be presenting tomorrow on RSBN, so hopefully he talks about this more. He was just getting started with it on War Room, as it was a Friday news dump and Bannon and he were caught off guard.
