Interesting remarks by John Fredericks on Bannon's War Room this morning.

Fairfax County decided to change the rules of the Virginia election at the last minute (sound familiar?) by not requiring last-4 of social security on mail-in ballot requests to receive a ballot. Providing last 4 of social to receive a ballot is Virginia State Law.

RNC lawyers sued Fairfax county and will challenge if the race is close enough to where the ballots might turn the election.

He said then Fairfax County general assembly is voted 8-1 for a resolution for the Governor to declare emergency powers due to COVID19 that does to not only waive the 4-digit social rule but also not require a witness to attest that the person signing the ballot is who they say they are under penalty of law. They are pushing him to do it. Of course so they can flood the zone with mail-ins.

He also said its ridiculous that they are attempting to do this in Virginia when 85k people were at a football game.

If they start to panick, look for this to happen.

If the RNC can keep a close eye on this and prevent these things, Youngkin has a chance.

Read that yesterday and only have one thing to say about those Maricopa County election officials.

If they spent half the energy actually overseeing the election that they have at obfuscation, deflecting and outright lying to thwart or subvert this audit, there would be no issues in elections in Maricopa County.

Just like petulant children, they need to be brought into a room with Cyber Ninjas and be forced in real time to respond and then be challenged. They have no intention on providing answers and it is obvious nobody has made them to date.

Just for clarification for posters stating the subpoena did not identify items precisely.

From the response
  • 1.6 EMS Database & Logs Purged, Files Deleted
The County's response to the purged and deleted data and files shows they do not know what is going on within their Election Management System (EMS), and that they didn't carefully read the subpoena. Not only are many of the items that were deleted specifically listed in the original subpoena, and therefore a request for an archive or backup wouldn't be needed; but the dates and timelines in their response to the audit report and on Twitter is not supported by the dates in the logs on the machines. Furthermore, what was done for the November 2020 general election does not match any past elections found on the EMS Server; countering any arguments that the purging and deletion of files is "standard procedure", and the over 2 terabytes of free storage on the device counters any arguments it had to be done for space. These arguments are handled in the following sections but show clear evidence that data that should have been protected by the subpoena was instead destroyed.
    1.6.1 FALSECOUNTYCLAIM:THESENATENEEDEDTOSUBPOENABACKUPSORARCHIVES
The Senate did not need to subpoena backups or archives. All disputed items were clearly outlined within the Senate, this is nothing more than an attempt to misdirect and mislead. The original subpoena item #4 clearly requests the "November 2020 general election in Maricopa County, Arizona", "Election Log Files" and "any other election files and logs", and it goes on to list "any other election files or logs" associated with the "Tabulators", "Result Pair Resolution", "Result Files", and "SQL Database Files". DVD result files and SQL database files are among the list of items deleted.

That is because, in the eyes of those who could do something about it and should care about it, these aren't law-breakers. They are heroes. They did what had to be done to get mean tweets out.

I suppose to many sheeple out there, the MSM is right. Printing trillions during a record inflationary period, mass migration by the millions, Marxist divisive tactics, vilifying everyone who voted for mean tweets as a domestic terrorist and anyone who doesn't agree that we should teach our children that USA is an evil racist horrible country is a domestic terrorist --- all of this is totally worth it. Mean tweets out.

I would bet the percentage of people who actually pay attention to any of this combines for less than 20% of the population, and that number would be everyone on either side. That leaves 80% or more that will only get what the MSM, Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc. tell them. Look at this freaking simple example...

The MSM and social media's ability to absolutely control what the population sees is the worst part of all of this. Our "free" media (very sad because it's truly one of the only places on earth that they can be) is damn sure like the state-run medias in China and elsewhere. If people knew what was actually going on then there would be change.

In every aspect of our lives today narratives are created, data is suppressed, and in the event people stray, or question what they are fed, the lying and gas-lighting go into over-drive.

Can you imagine if the primary focus in Q1 of 2020 would have been accurately capturing data for the pandemic? With half the zeal Google and Facebook track everything you do. We wouldn't need the MSM, Faucci, etc. We could simply grab a handful of statisticians, and know the truth.

Same **** holds true for elections. Seriously, we are talking about a process that is SIMPLE ADDITION. One person, one vote.

The complexity is by design. The more steps are involved and the more complex the steps, the more places to cheat.

The very fact that Fairfax county election officials are violating the law is just more evidence the Democratic Party leadership is completely irrevocably corrupt and unethical, compounded by the fact they KNOW nothing will happen to make them accountable.

Court rules machines can be used
Early voting begins on machines
1MM+ ballots ordered under reason "machines can't be used" 5 days after KNOWING they weren't needed
~528,000 total votes (mail-in, in person, and absentee)
~184,000 ballots already mailed directly to voters.
~344,000 potential voters without ballots (but order +1MM ballots)

Nothing to see here.....best case scenario they are admitting to stupidly wasting +$300k on ballots that were not needed.

Where do they find these people? "Election experts" don't have the skills to work as Wal-Mart greeters.

I would love to be wrong, but I'm fairly certain that the only way anyone will face consequences for their actions is via 2A. The legal system has clearly shown that they are either party to the problem, or unwilling to take on the burden of making hard choices which is functionally the same as being party to the problem.

So when you say the only way anyone will face consequences for their actions is by the 2nd Amendment, you mean citizens shooting their guns at those not facing consequences? Because that's exactly how that reads.

Even more hilariously the Courts are the same as those not facing any consequences, but for the guns, because they haven't ruled as those with the guns would like?

Well if you're fairly certain far be it from me to make light.

It reads as it was written. There is no implied threat. Just a frustrated acknowledgment of the fact that politicians of any stripe are very rarely held accountable for even obvious violations of the law, and, unless citizens change the narrative, it will continue. I would like for that change in narrative to be provided for by a fair and honest election.

Statistics say that there was some questionable activity in the last election. One side is putting forth extreme effort to insure that no meaningful proofing of the process can occur to improve confidence in the integrity of the system. This leaves me with two possibilities: They have some thing to hide or the systems has problems that favor their side and they want it to stay that way. No amount of smug condescension from you will give me confidence that voting in what seems to be a broken system will provide meaningful change. Hence my initial statement.
