The way I see it, not a good thing. The leftist attorneys from NY, DC, CA, etc. that are attacking the audit in AZ want to attack the bidding and contract award process the state senate went through to select and award the work to Cyber Ninjas and they want all the info they can on Cyber Ninja's audit program and methodology so they can find ways to pick it apart, attack it more, and dismiss the results, whatever they may be.

Regardless of how good Cyber Ninjas are at cyber-security vulnerability assessments and forensic auditing, and regardless of the many system and process control gaps they identify and all the fraud risk they are susceptible to, and even if they actually find hard proof of significant fraud, the left will attack and dismiss the whole report, because Cyber Ninjas wasn't, in their opinion, objective/independent enough or the senate didn't do a proper RFP or solicit enough competitive bids from other forensic audit and cyber security firms.

They went all the way to the state SC because they are still looking for anything to attack and dismiss the audit report that hasn't come out yet.

Remember, they've been screaming and bleeding since day 1 that the audit won't count because one of the founders of Cyber Ninjas once retweeted one of Sydney Powell's tweets.

Just refuse the way the county did. Use every lame excuse they used to not comply with the subpoena. Just say that the records contain information that could endanger LEO's. Tell them there is medical data and social security numbers in there. Tell them the data is on a secure server and they don't know the passwords. And so on....

Not for nothing, but on Bannon's War Room yesterday where Boris Epshtyn was talking about this he said the 20 point subpoenas were going to lead up to the actual ballots at a later date. Hoping he's right.

"At a later date" doesn't work for me. Those ballots could be destroyed or go "missing" at any time. Need a subpoena to increase the penalties for doing so.
