IMO, we're past that now too. Yes, they'd use it to try to disarm but that wouldn't happen and only escalate things further because no one would comply. Yes, this is where we're at now.

Runbeck has some pretty solid procedures in place, that if followed, should provide a resilient voting process.....assuming it is followed.

I still believe a big key here would be the numbers around mail-in ballots

1) How many were ordered by the county to be done by Runbeck?
2) How many were returned?
----a) of those, how many came back and passed the validation
----b) of those, how many came back and failed the validation
3) Then the full total

If the mail-in ballots were supposed to come back to Runbeck for validation, someone needs to explain why there would be more counted then validated by Runbeck (assuming that is the case).

We can get to the chain of custody piece later, but I think these numbers are going to be way off.

Agree. This issue should not be that hard to figure out. Also note Runbeck stresses that their procedures are all auditable. They have records of it all, according to their sales pitch literature.

what are the lefty talking points if they choose to not ignore or censor the findings from Harris' grassroots canvassing operation report?

the canvassing wasn't spread appropriately / proportionally across the precincts in the county?
they didn't canvass a statistically relevant enough sample to extrapolate across the 2 million + voters in the county?
only angry trump voters gave the volunteer canvassers the time of day/ answered their questions, so extrapolation is too biased?
all the lost or ghost votes obviously would have been for the, by far, most popular politician in US history anyway?

the report explains the methodology used for canvassing across the precincts and the level of precision/ margin of error for extrapolating. regardless of any bones they want to pick or how much they want to try to argue how imperfect the project methodology and results might be, there's enough they found that someone should have some 'splainin to do.

I think Maricopa county is a mess as are all the largest counties in the US. Corrupt state & local leadership. Sloppy security. Sloppy controls/ lack of controls. Undereducated and heavily biased 'hero' poll workers. I hope the AZ state senate's audit report corroborates a lot of what Harris found and exposes so much that it lights a firestorm of forensic audits everywhere. We need to fix this mess.

I agree with your percentages, but I strongly suspect Cali has been fraudulent for a minimum of 15 years, or at least as long as Obama has been president.

Due to your "zero" percentage guess, Cali has no incentive to have a quality and trusted review apparatus. As such, they can literally be caught on video making the plans, and carrying them out, and either no one will care, or the investigation could be completed in the time it takes to write a cover letter for the "investigation".
