I believe there are people who knew/did something that are now tired of the direction the country is headed and willing to go on record (for immunity). What Biden has done is nowhere near what he campaigned. There are plenty of people that supported him that feel cheated.

nowhere near what he campaigned? The most popular politician in US history, by far, didn't even campaign! When he did say something before the election, it was about the dark winter coming, more lockdowns, not opening up until the pandemic was under control, phasing out fracking, amnesty for millions of illegals (which is an open invitation for millions more to march here), increasing taxes, spending, including green new deal ridiculous spending. For the most part, I'd say he's giving the people what they asked for. More covid fear, national security crisis at the border, energy dependence on foreign adversaries, and coming soon, hyperinflation apparently are preferred to mean tweets. I'm sure the authoritarian left's use of power, media, and tech monopolies to silence or put away political opponents and fundamentally change the structure of the country so they can retain eternal power is something everyone wanted for America as well---because trump was fascist nazi.

It was said elsewhere by the uploader that the voice masking and undercover camera were necessary to protect the identity of the whistleblower.

I mean there's a lot that goes into getting a video recording surreptitiously so that usually hurts audio and video quality on the way in. Then of course you have to disguise voices, block out identification, and then set up the context for why it matters that you can use a password to enable wireless connectivity.

Liberals won't believe a video unless Now This makes a TikTok of it anyway

that is exactly what he meant. and it's fraud. it's not their talking points: it's not "suburban women would rather marxism than mean tweets" it's not the influx of fleeing Commifornians escaping high taxes, high cost of living, and difficult regulatory environments only to come to Tx and vote for higher taxes and difficult regulatory environments. ---their talking points don't make sense when R's have record gains in Tx... when robert francis couldn't beat cruz, when Kamala came to "campaign" and no one showed up.. when border counties have record R votes.. when more hispanics vote R than ever before... forensic audits are needed in Harris, Bexar, and other urban counties and anti-fraud controls and election integrity enhancements need to be passed by the state.

Short answer is yes, they can. DOJ can pretty much do whatever the hell they want these days. They have befed up the civil rights division to fight any state's voter integrity bills.

As for the Sophie Long case. Afraid I can't really explain WTH is going on or should happen next. Family law cases are messy and judges often make weird rulings. <sigh>
