Someone is claiming they found a whistleblower who had administrative access to Dominion software in a state (not Arizona), but essentially could provide the missing piece for the puzzle to access the administrative settings that the MCBOS and Dominion kept blaming each other for having.

I have always wondered by a whistleblower on Dominion's side has never come forward. When you get a large group of people together to do illegal things usually someone squeals eventually.

It would be contempt of court. The court has already rules the subpoenas are enforceable.

in the real world, intentionally causing a scope limitation in an audit by being combative, obtuse, and defiant would lead to an adverse opinion and heads would roll.

if you or your department/function/process/location/system is being audited, it's because the board of directors requested it, or they approved a plan in which executives requested it or the auditors via risk assessment planned it. in other words, your boss or your boss's boss want this done and not complying is admission that either you're hiding something illicit or you know your processes and controls suck and you don't want to take responsibly and fix them. either way, you're f'in fired. ...that's real world auditing.. government auditing - where a state wants to audit a process in a county within their state - I don't understand how they can withhold data requests, ignore subpoenas, send combative letters, etc. and get away with it.

The scary part is I think most of them are starting to see that and there's a big shift going on, but the other side has worked very hard to control the election system in the big ass blue counties to steal elections. We have a lot of catching up to do in order to get fair elections again. If there are no ramifications for what happened overnight in this last election then I don't see how we fix it.
