Elections are the rights of the state legislature, per the Constitution itself.. DOJ (and the rest of the federal government) has no jurisdiction.
If they try to confiscate evidence, it only ends with a messy and embarrassing legal battle followed by a judge's order for the audit to continue.
The only upside to doing that is it delays events by a couple months.
Sounds like it is time for the Arizona militia to mobilize and defend the lawful actions of their state government against federal interference.
Scary times, the DOJ has obviously been corrupted. The DOJ does not have jurisdiction.
Not a lawyer, but can the state do anything in federal court now to prevent the DOJ from taking illegal action?
