They were then sent to another location where the person in charge there also said they didn't have the ballots.

Sent them on a wild goose chase. That Rick Barron guy, Fulton County Election chief needs to be corralled and forced to produce them. He's a sleaze.

I don't recall that but easily could have happened. I do remember a county election official having trouble getting her counts to match and having SOS send people with badges and guns to intimidate her into certifying the vote despite her real concerns. (She had run the same batch multiple times and never got the same final tabulation, not once.)

Actually in this case, suit was filed before the election and relief granted so those ballots were separated and not counted. This appellate decision just reaffirms it.

So, in other words, this tweet is misleading? The PILF files suit to block this before the election, won and was granted an injunction.....then this injunction was reaffirmed.

Getting mixed up the the other "we have taken another look and this doesn't look right" stories.
