On one hand, I agree with you, I don't trust a quick turn.

On the other hand, if you think you have a legit chance at winning, I can see going all in, making every effort to make sure the election is seen as legitimate, so nobody questions your victory.

Seems like it would be a much shorter putt to show all of the work you did BEFORE winning to ensure safe elections, as opposed to promising an audit after the fact.

On Wednesday morning, The epic Arizona audit continued with just THREE untouched pallets remaining.

Christina Bobb reported on OAN that we will likely find "substantially less" than 2.1 million ballots due to large discrepancies between the number of ballots listed and the number actually counted.
Quote:

Some boxes are MISSING up to 20% of the ballots.

We may find that we have more questions than answers because of this.
Quote:

Former Georgia State Representative Vernon Jones will receive a walkthrough of the process today. he is a strong voice for this audit in Georgia.

Let's connect a few dots here. Go to the 6:35:42 mark.

Jan Bryant's testimony. She was mostly at the tabulation center. Dominion employees were the only ones running the tabulation. Listen to her entire testimony.

Same video: Go to 6:54:15 mark. Days and days after the election, ballots kept showing up. No one knew how many ballots were still outstanding. The workers thought they were nearly done on several occasions only to have more ballots show up the next day.

She earlier said they (meaning Dominion workers) would periodically zero out the tabulators because they didn't know if the tabulators would break after handling so many batches. When they reset to zero, the totals for all of the races accumulated thus far would be known to somebody, correct?

Remember, MI Dominion machines had modems conducive to cell phones networks embedded as well. (My technical jargon is likely off there.)

Dominion said the only reason they put the modems in was to make the transfer of data from precincts to the state election authorities more efficient and faster and that it was an "option" they offered.

So some precinct election supervisor, a yahoo like me probably, is told, "Wellll, we could save you the trouble and allow you to go home earlier on election night if you just upgrade with this modem in the hardware and you can just upload the results directly to your county election board. Does that sound good to you?"

"Hell, yeah! Capital idea! Let's do that!"

Something that concerns me is, like cell phones, even without an active cellular contract, powered on devices can still "ping" the nearest towers. So these cards "could" be communicating externally simply by having power. Now, I don't know enough about these devices, or what level of communication could be, so it may be a nothing burger. I have a couple friends who work on the cellular network development side dating back to Bell Northern Research/Nortel now Ericsson. I have asked what is and is not capable for communications.

No Need to Open Ballot Boxes?

Quote:

Election experts including the founder of a national auditing company and a prominent Pima County Republican have a proposal to dispel conspiracy theories about fraud in the 2020 election in Maricopa County.

They also have a message for Cyber Ninjas, the company running the Arizona recount effort: "Put up or shut up."

The experts made a formal offer to Senate President Karen Fann on Tuesday to prove the election was sound. The proposal is getting attention from those working at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Here's the offer: The experts say that if the Senate selects a box of unopened ballots (any box), the team could within minutes provide an accurate count of each race on all 1,000 or so ballots inside without ever opening it.

The guy at the center of all this is a Pima County (Tucson area) Republican. But it feels to me like a desperate Hail Mary to keep Cyber Ninjas from opening the rest of the unopened ballot boxes and/or to discredit their hand counting of those same ballots. And of course, the Arizona Republic (Garnett) is abetting the opposition in muddying the water.

In other words....

Our offer is for you to pick "any box" as long as it's one of "these" boxes, that is under "this table" and is "this color". That "one" box which covers ~1,000 votes out of over 2-million will "prove" there is no fraud.

This is no different than the Georgia SoS (or whoever) ordering a recount for a county that had no signs of election fraud, rather than Fulton, and when the counts were "good enough", they extrapolated that "Well if this one is good, then they must all be good!"

These people just need to shut up and let this play out.

They are desperate for them to stop opening boxes and finding out there were fewer ballots in them than were "counted" from them. They can tell you the "count" for every box without opening it because they are the ones who made up the numbers used in the "count". They can probably tell you every dead person that voted too.

They would do this, they said, using public data they obtained from Maricopa County, that includes spreadsheets on batches of ballots as they were tabulated in November.
Quote:

About three weeks ago, the men received election data from Maricopa County through a public records request. Key to that was compiling more than 10,000 data files into a "cast vote record," which essentially is a large spreadsheet that lists every ballot, the candidates selected on that ballot and when and where the ballot was counted.
Quote:

The massive spreadsheet with nearly 2.1 million rows of data representing each ballot they compiled also contains information about when the ballots were tabulated and to which batch they were archived.
"The first couple columns of the cast vote record have a unique serial number with enough data in it to link back to the physical box," Moore said. "And so given a label that is printed on the box, we can reverse engineer the contents of that box."
Moore said it would take about five minutes for the team to produce a report detailing the vote tallies for the 800 to 1,000 ballots inside any unopened box of ballots. The Cyber Ninjas could then conduct a hand count of the ballots in the box as they have done with ballots at the coliseum and the two numbers could be compared and any discrepancies identified.

So the argument here is that the election is transparent because people can get information through a FOIA?

Am I way off base in wondering what type of admin privileges were needed to produce that information in such detail? I mean it has to come from the tabulators, correct? The ones that Jan Bryant stated were only worked with by Dominion employees and were cleared and reset many times in her presence alone?

Exactly.

But there are other inconsistencies. I watched when Bennett, Cybe Ninjas' Logan and Cyfir's Cotton were before Fann's committee to tell them what had not been turned over under the subpoena. Bennett said the chain of custody information from November 3 up until April when the ballots were delivered to them was missing. What this Benny guy is saying is he has some type of chain of custody information if he can reverse engineer from a box number, no?

The second thing discussed in that hearing was the shortage between what the tally sheets said were in the boxes and the actual # of paper ballots. MCBOS tried to explain that away as spoiled ballots that were removed and sent for duplication before they could be counted. Logan said that there were supposed to be identifying numbers on the duplicate ballots that match the original damaged ballot. Logan said those numbers were missing on the duplicates so they could not match them up. Also on those tally sheets, there is a space where such damaged ballots should be noted as having been sent to duplication but were not on all of the tally sheets having an undercount of ballots. Again, how can Benny have that information as well?

Ben Cotton of CyFir testified that data files from the EMS were missing but he was able to use a recovery program and get them back. So again, if those files were deleted, where did the info come from that was sent to Benny under a FOIA? Did the Maricopa County election officials have admin passwords to access it? Or not?

And of course the never ending saga of the missing routers was discussed in that hearing with Ben Cotton basically but tactfully pooh-poohing the MCBOS and Sheriff's contentions that the routers are data storage devices with sensitive information on them.

Honestly, it wouldn't bother me one bit if a couple Republicans got swept up in this business if fraud is discovered. It will put the rest of the party on notice and save the trouble of dealing with a compromised official later.

Under the history repeats itself I finding some similarities from the early times during Obama's first term with the rise of the Tea Party and now the rise of Americans not just Republications fighting back within the first few months of the Biden administration. People were pissed off back then and they are pissed off now.

Agree, the response is encouraging and necessarily.

Honestly I don't think the left wins or has any chance to win. I worry more that the left pushes entirely too hard and illicits such a big lash back that we end up with Right Wing fascism that we haven't seen in a while. They may end up creating the very boogeyman they use to divide us.

Regardless, it's encouraging in the near term to see people fighting against these anti-Americans
