Elon Musk says that @SpaceX has decided to increase the peak power of its upcoming AI satellite (called AI1) by 67% to ~250kW (up from 150kW), and its average power by 33% to 160kW (up from 120kW).
This will be enough to handle an Nvidia Rubin NVL72 rack, which contains 72 Rubin GPUs. In general, the AI1 satellite will be compute provider interchangeable.
