Declaring Kyle a mass murderer, not mass homicide, will get their ass kicked in court.

Facebook did that, not Twitter. Twitter just suspended them temporarily, and they will lose any lawsuit they file against Twitter.

Lin just lost his appeal of the lawsuits against Sen. Warren and Rep. Haaland. Since they were speaking in their official capacity, they're entitled to sovereign immunity.

Innocent until proven guilty, but Rittenhouse has been declared a "mass murderer." I think Zuckerberg is going to regret this.
The lawsuit may not be over censorship, just a thought from a non lawyer.

I think the next 10 years is going to see a rise in politically motivated companies on both sides. There is money to be made in being a conservative company.

The proof is in Fox ratings, the failure of the Goya boycott, same for Chick Fa Lay a few years back.

Honestly if I was convinced a certain bank held conservative ideals and would stand up to the mob mentality on this stuff - I'd move my company's business today

It's about discouraging freedom loving citizens from becoming motivated to aid in suppressing the unrest. If individuals like Kyle grew in numbers and strength, the riots would be over. Can't have that happen.

If there's any consolation, you get the money back at the end of all the proceedings. I'm sure his attorneys can front the money because he's not any kind of a flight risk. With a bond, you don't get any of it back regardless of what happens.

Most states have gotten rid of it because it works a a punishment to poor people. It's only supposed to be sufficient to guarantee that you'll show up. At least in theory anyway.
