Are people calling the white shockwave after the second explosion a third explosion? Pretty sure the vapor shell on the shockwave front is just part of the larger, non-fireworks explosion.

This looks to me like the big explosion was between elevators and first explosion.

Is that a view of the face of the silo that took the blast or the back side of the building?

Either way, amazing its still standing (for the most part).

Don't really know.

Think of how much pressure is normally on those structures while holding hundreds of thousands of pounds of grain. They are made of 6-8 inch thick reinforced concrete with thick rebar. I think it would be hard to implode the walls, but an explosion inside the bin would blow the walls out.

We will know, eventually, but my guess is that at least some of the silos blew out.

Maroon. Is there a way we can somehow incorporate this into the Kyle Field Aggie Football Team entrance?

I think so. And yes, it is just the condensation cloud (Wilson Cloud) created by the shock wave.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

The "hole" in the vapor blast wave seems to be from the grain elevator (absorbing or deflecting the energy/moisture) which makes me believe the epicenter of the main blast is NOT the grain elevator but next to it (warehouse).

Grain elevator explosions usually travel through the entire elevator because the shockwave of the primary explosion knocks loose grain dust up into the air where it becomes combustible, and the shockwave itself perpetuates the explosion by creating more fuel in the form of airborne dust. The shockwave from the primary explosion probably knocked the elevator down, or generated enough airborne dust in the elevator to cause it to explode too; however, from all those videos, the potential elevator explosion did not even register compared to the actual explosion - IMHO.

Yes. The second explosion was not the grain elevators. See the photo I posted above. It's very clear.

My money is on some sort of IED designed to set the grain/HAZMAT material off making it an act of terrorism. Especially since there was already some sort of explosion or fire prior to this...

I think in that part of the world the assumption is that the explosion was intentional until proven otherwise.

I lived in the Middle East and love the region and I have nothing but good things to say about the Arab men and women that I met, but so many of them there are cray cray and killing one of your own to advance the movement is commonplace.

Piecing together the photos and videos, I think it's the side that took blast. Essentially ground zero.

A friend of mine owns the Pearl Stone Silo in Deep Ellum (right next to DPD central command) It's a giant block of concrete. Looks like silos are a great place to fight a war.

Condensation cloud probably coming from ammonium nitrate decomposing into nitrous oxide and water vapor. I wouldn't call it the third explosion.

I would argue there was a 3rd explosion based on this video.

I call the "red cloud" explosion number 2. No way the cloud formation would remain that intact and that slow to rise from the energy of the explosion that caused the vapor cloud. I am certainly just making assumptions, but what ever had the energy to produce that vapor cloud dd not produce the red cloud.

Second angle, showing fireball centered on warehouse. Not a grain elevator explosion.

Actually, without starting the video, you can see the "3rd Explosion" begin as a white cloud under the red cloud. Would be a different source right?

CNN news report:

Trump causes major explosion in Beirut, Lebanon in an attempt to delay the elections in the US. A representative for Joe Biden says that if ever there were a time where mail in ballots should be required, it would be now before Trump blows up the US like he just did Beirut. BLM and Antifa plan more peaceful protests because of Trumps senseless killing of unarmed Lebanese.

More on Trump's latest tragedy after the break.

I mean, everyone is welcome to argue about whether a shockwave immediately after a large explosion is instead a third explosion, but I'm content with my understanding thus far.

excellent question.

The Texas City explosion brought down two private airplanes that were in the area, sheared their wings off. I doubt airplane technology in 1949 was as sound as it is today, yet Boeing is still operational...
