So was this police report confidential & should not have been released? I thought it was obtained through a FOIA request.

Also I did not think cheesecake girl was mentioned in the police report. All that was mentioned was "Texags thought it was a hoax based on looking at handwriting" & that they were not going to investigate the handwriting. Nothing was mentioned about her or her store bought graham cracker crust. So she def outed/admitted to being a part of it.

The report was released through an Open Records request. Once that person has the report from TAMU, there are no restrictions on publishing it publicly. The University does not release reports on its own.

She was NOT mentioned once in the report. She's desperately trying to tie it together but her, her business, etc etc are not named.

There is a "w/f" in there. We speculated it was her, but Texags made it very clear not to use her name or likeness. So we didn't. We just tried to put the evidence together.

She just confirmed 1. that was her in the report and 2. that was her who wrote the note.

She just couldn't effing help herself

She just confirmed what all of the "conspiracy theorists" on Texags knew early on. She was involved in this. They poked fun at the handwriting analysis on Twitter, but it turns out she just confirmed we were right all along.

Damn...this place is incredible.
CNN is the enemy of the state and should be treated as such.

We were aware of her business (literally on her profile at the time) before the epic hoax thread. Some of us mentioned how foolish it was to have her business page linked in her bio while calling pro-sully supporters racist. She's deliberately lying and trying to muddy up the timeline to pin it on the police "doxxing" her. Victim mentality is a disease.

I just checked. She is listed on page 9.

Someone called in a tip implicating her as the person who wrote the note based on texags posts.

Weird, I read the report and didn't see that although I admit I started skimming. Okay then she is complaining about something that went through proper procedures, broke no laws or policies? Go sue the State of Texas and the TPIA process then. Her buddy Martin basically closed the case by stopping his communication with the police.
