If you can't get masks, you can't force your citizens to wear homemade crop that will likely exacerbate the issue.

The military can't get involved...only the guard and that's at the behest of the governor and in Texas that won't happen...here in Bexar in only wear the mask at the base commissary because otherwise I'm not allowed in...outside...not once...
