Man, a lot of you on this thread are insufferable dolts that basically have sheet canned a decent, informative thread, that at one point was decent and civil, while being informative.

The whole "bet" and dick measuring,"I am right, you are wrong" banter is just damm boring and repetitive. Why don't all of you that have issues with one another exchange emails, PMs, or phone numbers and maybe even just meet up for an old school fist fight or something, instead of tearing this thread down.

Not even the harshest of RC war stuff compares to the boring argumentative drivel that is now taking place.

Agreed.

I interpreted that height of the bar as the log scale for the total number of cases tested, but the color code is the linear percentage (not logarithmic).

That is for 3/27, there have been ~600K tested with ~66% pending, ~22% negative & ~11% positive.

If that's correct and you apply the 2:1 negative-to-positive ratio to the pending tests, that would mean ~200K cases in the US. That's twice the official number of cases (100K).

Thank you for your data posts. Enlightening, and also scary.

1mm US cases by April 3 and 10k US deaths by April 5 if we don't bend the curve. Ooooof.

Couple that with the domestic oil takeaway squeeze that's coming down the pipeline imminently (no pun intended), and I'd say this roller coaster still has a ways to go before this ride is over.

"China's National Health Commission reported 54 new cases of infection, all of which were "imported" as residents returned from abroad."

How about sharing the details on how to create the test with other companies for the greater good? Should be public knowledge at least within the industry imo. Stop wasting time on tests that take 5-7 days to render results and have everyone focus on this type IF the capabilities are there
