Somebody important or not so much?

Really only posting to raise the question: what happens when our government officials and employees start to come down with this?

Can government offices be quarantined? If one federal or state congressman comes down with it while they are in session do they all get tested and quarantined for two - three weeks?

Has China faced only a herald wave of SARS-CoV-2?

TLDR: author proposes using a Serosurvey to test 1000 Wuhan citizens and determine how many have antibodies to SARS-COV-2 and therefore get an idea for how many had the disease and were not confirmed cases. This could also give a clue to if a second wave may be expected.

I've been on a couple cruises and they're fun enough but I'll be thinking long and hard about going on another one given recent events.

I've been on 2 cruises, don't care to ever get back on one. Rather just go to a destination and enjoy myself.

Italy completely ****ed up their response to it. By the time they decided to lock down the area, it was too late and many people had moved around or left. Probably almost all of the cases in the EU, and many in the US are because of Italy.

Don't think I've seen anyone say how it got there to begin with.

Italy is the biggest tourist destination for the Chinese. I spent two weeks there this summer and every city was full of chinese.
