And I am bombarded with how it's Trump's fault we have coronavirus. And Bloomberg already has a commercial out about how we knows how to cope in crisis because of 9/11. A terrorist attack isn't exactly a pandemic. I hate the democrats for making a virus political and the MSM for carrying their water.

We have seen doubling in certain countries during the early testing phase. I don't think there is any one country that can test 20k in a day right now. Not even sure there are that many tests done daily in the world.

in the public sector being fully funded doesn't equate to having funding approved to fill all existing FTEs. That's the case for state and federal level. "Fully funded" means you can maintain ongoing "mission essential" functions at a given time. It doesn't consider new, unexpected, catastrophic, etc events. Not a partisan issue.
