Well, i have not been to china in 10 years, but was there a lot. Never saw that. Also, the outside had big red signs translated as 'infected'. No idea whether thats really what it says though. I cant read it.

Please post picture so I can read it (or try depending on quality ).

Stopped at a HD in SA last Sunday evening. Two Asian girls about 20ish yo in front of me had five big ass 50+ pack boxes of dust masks. Next lane over had Asian couple with similar load. Wondered if they were stocking up or sending somewhere

Serious question: why is this such a big deal? Flu kills so many more people and spreads very rapidly...more than 300 cases a day. Why are we so worried?

My real concern is that it's A LOT worse than China is letting on and they are scared ****less.

In short the R0 for this is far worse than the flu. The numbers just aren't there yet but if the exponential trend continues (debatable if it will once it's really out of China) it will prove out. Also the hospitalization and fatality rate is far worse than the flu. Again the videos from people that study this stuff explain it better.
