"Empire" actor Jussie Smollett's bond was set at $100,000 on Thursday after the actor was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly filing a false police report.

"As you stand before me we presume you're innocent but the state read me a proper that is outrageous. If true, the noose conjures up [the] greatest evil in this country," the judge told Smollett.

Smollett denied all charges against him while his attorney argued in court the actor has a "history of giving to charity and philanthropy."

Smollett might have to post 15 grand for to bond out. Doubtless, he will give the other 85 grand to charity.

There should be a comma after the first JussieSmollett (otherwise, it's confusing). Essentially the defense will be poor Jussie was under the influence of molly when he staged the attack.

Of course that doesn't explain the letter, the purchasing of supplies ahead of time, and letting two white guys take the fall until he found out it was the two Nigerian brothers. I guess this is that VERY SLOW release molly.
