It is ridiculous, but it's not necessarily racially motivated based on that info. There are plenty of nutty property owners who go BSC over slight property transgressions committed by neighbors, regardless of race.

Context of the video is that Auntie Maxine was saying that MAGA supporters are making it dangerous to mow while being black, etc. and the President is dog whistling with MAGA slogans. It's the same way some NHTSA stats get severely overinflated into "drunk driving wrecks/fatalities" by classifying any situation where alcohol was present as "alcohol-related", which then gets disseminated in the news as "drunk driving", even though alcohol impairment wasn't the cause. If someone totally sober is eating a burger while driving, hits a bump while their hands are off the wheel, loses control, hops the curb, and kills a pedestrian who was walking home from happy hour with any detectable BAC, that gets reported as an "alcohol-related fatality", even though there was no drunk driving. Careless news outlets (i.e. almost all of them) don't bother to track back to the source to make sure to only report numbers where the driver had an illegal BAC. And even those numbers don't definitively show that each wreck was caused by alcohol.

Also, don't get me wrong, I hope he's tossed in jail. I'm just trying to not get let down if he avoids jail time.
