No offense taken. We agree. The legal profession is full of lefties. It's very frustrating to me. If anyone should know better, it's those who read the law. The problem is that they're taught that the Constitution means what the courts say it means, rather than what it actually says. And stare decisis on top of itself a few times becomes the legal version of the telephone game. Add in left wing ideology and political motives and you have real problems.

I have to be a member of the state bar. Not the ABA.

She will be much to busy finding an agent, getting softball question interviews arranged, signing a book deal, taking speaking engagements, and prepping for her new role as the heroine of the left. Will be so interesting to hear what she actually sounds like once the mousy/meek voice goes away.

If the Colbert show writer was on the right and had attacked a leftist, there would be a twitter army demanding she be fired and she would be quickly fired. I'm not so sure but what she needs to have a 24/7 suicide watch. I would guess she was lured out of hiding with promises that she was going to "save the universe" by stopping the "evil" Kavanaugh. Now that it didn't come true, she's got to have some false sense of failure that she didn't get her job done.

I pity the poor woman. Built up only to be let down. Hard.

I am pleased that Mr. Justice Kavanaugh is finally on the Court.
