What these ding dongs don't realize is Kav's response last Thursday was purely political, because the questions were purley political.

If he had reacted angrily to questions about Roe v Wade, I'd agree with them. But when facing false accusations of rape from decades ago, you have every right to react angrily. Those questions had nothing to do with his jurisprudence and neither should his response.

Hell, if he had calmly and politely replied, the same people would chime "see he's not even angry he's being accused - he must have done it."

Moveon.org is organizing protest vigils re: Kavanaugh. For an group that started as a petition that Congress censure President Clinton (over his perjury of Lewinsky) and "move on" , this seems like the opposite of their founding principle.

She approved all the yard signs I want (we've never had one).

I think the momentum into November will continue to trend right.

My wife has come around as well.... she's always been a R when it comes down to the voting she even held her nose and voted for Trump because of Hillary but she said she does not like him.

She watches all those morning shows and even she has grown weary of the continuous barrage.

The last week or so she has been saying "what now?" in a disgusted way about their "news" on this and just thinks they need to get over it. Without any evidence she thinks its just badgering him - she did not understand why until I explained their goal of simply delaying it beyond the midterms.

She allowed me to put a yard sign for Cruz - first yard sign we have ever had except for a friend running for school board many years ago - just to counter all the Beto BS around us.

She still hears all the left screaming at the clouds but she doubts all of it now by default. their sky is falling and boy who cried wolf routine now falls on deaf ears.

She's voting straight R for the first time as well.

Well actually I did not ask permission - we've discussed it before (like in 2016) and she clearly does not like advertising political beliefs. I've always agreed before but felt compelled this time.

Hilarious.

What's sad/scary is despite the fact there is ZERO evidence Kavanaugh did anything wrong and ALL the evidence to the contrary there will still be tens if not hundreds of thousands of people walking out of their jobs and schools today in an hour screeching "I believe survivors" and "hey hey, ho ho, Kavanaugh has got to go".
