That tells me he knows the FBI investigation is going to show nothing. He is just trying anything. They hung their hats on two BSC females and they got played. They will leave those women by the roadside and never address it again.

This needs more digging!

Was she with polygraph FBI friend when she wrote the letter. Was this her "beach friend"?

Did an former FBI employee help Ford draft her letter??

Former FBI agent helped CBF write the letter at Rehoboth Beach, also she helped her with polygraph coaching and pictured with Avenatti. I was disappointed ms Mitchell didn't follow up on the beach friends reference, it seemed deliberately cagey.

As we have all been saying all along, never had any intention of voting for Kavanaugh. Just wanted any excuse to dely until the election.

The thesis for the last three years should be this:

The GOP run Senate delayed/avoided the vote on Merrick Garland because it was all about Obama's legacy. They even said so. While it may have been "unfair" to Merrick Garland, he was never attacked as a person. In contrast, the Democrats who threaten to control the Senate in 2018 are really doing the same thing. They don't like Brett Kavanaugh simply because Donald Trump nominated him. The difference is they aren't telling anyone that. Instead they are fabricating salacious lies about the nominee for things no one can prove or disprove. Dirty, dirty, dirty.

Lindsey Graham was right to harangue them over this.

No kidding. His eyes freak me out. May be strange to say, but I honestly think he just looks evil

When I observe Trump on his own with no comparison to other politicos I think that his chances of reelection in 20' are 50/50. When I compare Trump to one of the likely Democrat nominees in 20' (Booker, Harris, Warren) he almost becomes a lock.

I saw Flake again this morning talking to some reporters and criticizing trump. And Coons was glued to his hip. The dems have Flake on a very short leash.

I personally don't think Flake is critical anymore if what we've heard over the past 24 hours is true. I think one or two Democrats flip.

They were complaining about trump making fun of Ford at the rally yesterday. I do think trump should go silent on this whole matter right now. Let it play out.

It will be interesting. Several races are tightening up in key states which may flip a couple of Dims. Since Flake isn't running it seems he can remain rouge if he feels like it.

And you are correct....I think McConnell knows what he is dealing with in Flake and is probably concentrating on others.

Well, perhaps, sorta. The GOP led Senate refused to consider the nomination (which effectively was a "NO vote"), because they could. They held a majority. Simple as that. They chose to postpone any consideration of filling the opening until after the 2016 election, whereupon their nominee (DJT @#MAGA) might be elected and therefore choose the nominee, which is precisely how it played out! Enter Justice Gorsuch, thank you very much!

This was all perfectly legal and aboveboard, endless liberal tears to the contrary notwithstanding.

I don't think that was cash, but maybe. It was surely something they didn't want an electronic copy of.

Yes, all good points. Dems want to do something similar, but they are not the controlling party so they use these tactics of personal destruction, some of which could be considered illegal.

This article is an absolute must read! And look at the photos at the end...McLean & Avenatti. A well crafted plot it appears.
