I say "lawsuit" because the lawyers that signed it probably violated FRCP 11 because the "cause of action" they raise is not justiciable on its face and any lawyer with a bar licence (or a working brain) should know that.

I don't think she'd ever get impeached but the general work order for the District Court for the District of Columbia would see a serious reduction in her caseload and serious limitations in the subject matter of cases assigned to her. And I say that even with a Democrat appointee serving as Chief Judge.
