Kavanaugh hasn't even testified. Yet he is done? Interesting take on things. The R's are being exceedingly kind to Dr. Ford. One might argue that they have given her a pass on her testimony. Come across and kind and caring and send Ford on her way.

Now Kavanaugh arrives and the tough questions start in the form of framing them to point out the multiple discrepancies in her story and the many many holes. The Dems won't have the crying witness at their disposal to create a highly charged emotional environment.

The D's need a knock out blow at this point. While Dr. Ford did well, not surprising given the type of questions directed at her, when its all said and done her story will most likely come across and doubtful at best.

Kav specifically said in the Fox interview that there was alcohol at the parties and sometimes people had too many.

He said he never drank to where he blacked out. Even that female friend that said he drank a lot agreed that she couldn't prove he ever blacked out.
