This latest claim lays the groundwork for future claims. There are bound to be dozens of women who are sympathetic enough to the cause that they would be willing to provide some false corroboration, who lived in the DC area at the same time and can reasonably claim to have attended house parties. They don't even need to claim they were raped or assaulted anymore, just that they saw Kav drunk and acting a fool at some party in 1982.
They don't need to claim to remember any other details because none of the other allegations have any details.
How can anyone disprove those claims? It's almost impossible to do so, which is why we have a statute of limitations.
You got to give it to Feinstein and/or whoever else is orchestrating this. It just might work.
