Yeah, forget Jelly's note from Analyze This, I like yours better.

One change, wasn't it Susan Rice to Comey for the "everything by the book" comment?
It was Rice to herself that Obama said "do everything by the book". Written January 21st about a meeting from early January (6th, I believe). That was the meeting they decided to go after Flynn for the Logan Act.

People who are engaged in political activism need yo be addressed as what they are actually doing versus what part time identity they are hiding behind.
After reading all of this, I firmly believe that journalists need to be licensed to practice. There most certainly is a health, safety, and welfare aspect to the job they perform. And, don't give me the freedom of the press or any crap like that. They can still have their voices heard as un-licensed bloggers if they don't want to get licensed.

Without the potential to lose their ability to practice their so-called profession, they just run amok like the propaganda mercenaries we all know they are. Those emails disgust me, and I thought it wouldn't be possible to hate the press more than I already do but there it is.
I would fear the Democratic Party leadership, leftist progressives would corrupt this beyond recognition. It would be weaponized against conservatives.

Same thing with revising libel and slander laws I have recommended. A lot of care would be required to ensure these wouldn't be abused/weaponized against conservatives.

I apologize if that sounded as though I implied you sought that. However, for 6 years, we have chronicled the abuses people from within our own government sought to remove an elected head of the executive branch through lies, spying, cooperating with other international intelligence agencies and potentially murder (curious that Trump hammered MS13 into the ground in the US).

At what point is someone in power with the ability to act going to start connecting the spying before the election, spying after the election, leaking of your information to the press (to spin it to benefit the acting agents against the lawfully elected government) and the election irregularities that happened in key battleground states? Hell we have documented most of this crap on three separate threads on this site alone.

As much as I love what Durham is digging into, it is literally the tip of the rotten iceberg that is the last 8+ years of government overreach and illicit activities by a large group of people in DC. At what point can you start pointing to members of Congress who pushed these same lies? News agencies who parroted the exact same talking points across all mainstream news channels? Government bureaucrats who sought to do his/her own actions when they went against the directives of the current person in the White House? The county officials who used means to cloud and create fraud for our elections?

If this is not treason/espionage against this country, what is? I am not sure our country will see the likes of a coup attempt that happens in Iran or other third world countries. However, our government is so drenched in foreign influence that we have elected officials with direct ties to Chinese spies allowing to not only continue to be members of Congress, but also serve on intelligence committees. This was a long drawn out plan to impede and remove an elected official.

I apologize for the wall of text and implying through my words (not yours) about treason and such. You have never advocated for any such thing such as murder or death for those involved. It is just sad that a group of people with a keyboard and search function can lay out several cases of severe malfeasance against the government and nothing seems to happen to those perpetrators.

No argument here.

I was just trying to point out requiring a license to become a journalist could result in the certifying body revoking or refusing to license conservative journalists. The Democratic Party leadership and leftist progressives corruption knows no bounds. Devil is in the details.

A giant part of your missive would make a good letter to may new Congressman in the 6th district.

I've lived for the last 35 years knowing who my Congressman was, how he was going to vote (both of them), and they generally lined up with our views. Now, even though he's Republican, I suspect something similar to what you wrote would get the point across.

Surely, we can't be the only ones. Well done.

My first thought these days for any elected official is "how much money are you planning on making once your on the Hill"? It's quite disturbing to me my thinking has come to this. I honestly don't believe they have any idea the anger we have in Texas, well, at least 35% to 40%.

No offense taken. What I have been doing here for years now was analysis and predictions of where legal action could go...if there was an honest prosecutor.

I could made that road map years ago, were I on the prosecution team.

Cooper has been doing well and thus far I have no reservations on his performance. He's been fair and has not fallen for any of the nonsense from the defense.

Sullivan was doing very well for a long time in Flynn's case until he suddenly went full crazy. I wouldn't be shocked if the judge wakes up one day and dismisses the case with prejudice with a laundry list of BS reasons.

There were riots in DC on Trumps inauguration day. Somehow the DC police and other law enforcement authorities were easily able to hold them off from the WH, Capitol and parade route.

Wonder why they couldn't have done something of the same on Jan 6th?

The supposed temper tantrum the last 6 years is really just to keep the public from finding out how pervasive the Dems have been illegally spying on everyone during Obama's regime.
