Little bit of a sidebar here, but can any of this stuff be used in the lawsuit against the Clinton campaign?

Most pooh-poohed the chances, and I listened to Khan's (I think that's his name) explanation of how he put together the information to bring it to a civil court.

The third piece of news flowing from Friday's filings concerns the special counsel's grant of immunity to Georgia Tech researcher David Dagonand only to Dagon. "The only witness currently immunized by the government, Researcher-2, was conferred with that status on July 28, 2021," Durham's memorandum explained.
This will definitely be interesting as Dagon knows quite a bit about the the plot and the players in the hoax.

After going over this "fallacies" document written by Manos Antonakakis over and over, other than it reading like a CYA document written after the fact, that tries and justify everything they were doing when they were spying on Trump via a

Quote:

"prearranged portal in the EOP dating back to Feb 10th 2013, which was set up by the Whitehouse to effectively find an infection in EOP."

So part of Manos' defense is it was a "prearranged" portal set up by Obama to "find an infection" in the EOP, and the second part of his defense is that the accusation that they were

Quote:

"monitoring the newly elected administration is simply baseless because we lost access to the EOP data in February of 2017. Which means I had data for 3 months since the four year long project started under the previous administration"
Now Manos has no real explanation in this "fallacies" document for the Trump Tower DNS monitoring or the DNS monitoring in the Upper West Side apartment that also belonged to Trump, I guess since it wasn't an official building like the EOP it really wasn't important enough to try and justify it.

So why was Obama giving access to the GA Tech group to monitor the EOP "for an infection" starting in Feb 2013 what was really going on?

Well Barry has a history of spying on people already, he was spying on journalists and political oppositions in 2012 So why was he needing the EOP monitored?

Hillary's last day as secretary of state was February 1, 2013. on Feb 12th 2013 Barry put Joe Biden in charge of what all was going on in Ukraine that Hillary had been running off of her Private server bypassing the State Dept official servers based out of her private Bathroom server. I'll bet Barry wasn't going to be as trusting with Biden based on his long history or corrupt shakedown schemes dating back to his decades in the Senate.

So two days before he appoints Biden as the Point man of Ukraine, which Barry knows is a huge USAID money laundering skim, he approves a "portal to the GA Tech Group, to monitor an infection"? And where were Joe Biden's offices? In the EOP just like all VP's did, with the exception of DIck Cheney and Al Gore, they chose to office elsewhere. Pence's offices were in the EOP.

So Manos' defense of the DNS monitoring was it dated back to Feb 2013 and the only got 3 months of DNS data from the EOP under Trump until they lost access in Feb 2017. Okay.

But here's another overlooked fact, The Trump Transition was being run out of Trump Tower, until he was tipped off that they were being spied on and he moved to Bedminster NJ to his Country Club. Trump was unorthodox and didn't set up in the Transition offices that are always set up for the incoming administration in the EOP next door to the White House. Flynn was heading up the Transition Team based out of Trump Tower and then Bedminster. The only person using the Transition offices in the EOP was Mike Pence and his Chief of Staff Josh Pitcock.

Maybe that's why Flynn was keeping Pence in the Dark about what all he was doing based on where Pence was officing during the transition.

None of this is really relevant to Sussmann's defense I just found it interesting how that timeline came together with what the GA Tech Group was doing in the servers at the EOP. Barry didn't trust Joe Biden as far as he could throw him, especially with a billion dollar cash cow like Ukraine. And I'm sure Barry knew Joe was going to wet his beak a little, he just wanted to make sure it remained a little. And we know starting in late 2014 the Obama White House started having real concerns about Hunter and what all he was doing over there concerning Burisma, that's all public knowledge now.

I am guessing this applies to the fact that Sussman's attorneys are also representing people higher up than him. Did Sussman himself say they were irrelevant, his attorneys that said they were irrelevant or does it matter who said it in court?

His attorneys. At this point the only thing Sussmann would need to say in court to the judge would be regarding his waiver of all of the conflicts of interests his attorneys have towards him.

I am guessing this is why Durham requested that Sussmann get his own attorneys since his also essentially represent his boss?

How is a judge allowing that to continue. It makes sense that the attorneys would see documents that Sussmann himself may or may not have seen? I am guessing this is why he has to sign a waiver and then it is assumed that he has seen what his attorneys have seen?

TBH, I really don't know who all the Latham firm represents that were involved with either the Hillary email stuff or the Alfa Bank stuff or the Steele Dossier stuff, but Durham does. And he saw a tangled mess and took the rare step of warning Sussmann directly in a pleading.

Frankly, I'm surprised his Latham attorneys did not advise Sussmann to take a plea and try to sweep as much as under the rug as possible. Maybe they did? Who knows?
