Problem is, we don't know if a FISA warrant was ever issued against Flynn. His conversation with Kislyak was most likely an incidental collection from a FISA on Kislyak. From there, I would expect there were 702 queries.nortex97 said:

They used a variety of "sources" to go after Manafort. Manafort's main problem is that his taxes were a mess and his loan apps were sloppy too. No FISA warrant created that situation. (To my knowledge.)
Since the tolling was done in secret to the point that even Manafort's lawyers didn't know about it until after they filed a motion to dismiss, I have no idea what formed the basis of the tolling.Quote:
