Start at the 2:05 minute mark. Sydney describes the 2 most egregious findings she has encountered regarding General Flynn's case. It begins with her interpretation of the 'insurance policy' which is initiated on August 15, 2016 -- She doesn't spell it out, but my interpretation is: If Trump won the Election, then Flynn had to be neutralized/taken out immediately...because once established as National Security Advisor, Flynn soon would have learned about the ongoing counterintelligence investigation of the Trump Administration. Flynn was fired February 13, 2017, less than 4 weeks after he assumed the position, being involved in controversy almost from the beginning. Just think if he had discovered the SpyGate plot while still NSA & prior to Sessions recusal (March 2, 2017)...it would have been massive fireworks. If that happened, then Strzok, Pientka, McCabe, Comey, Yates & Co. would have been toast.

On the night before the Senate impeachment trial began, someone broke into veteran Washington investigative journalist John Solomon's car parked near the White House and stole his laptop, according to a D.C. Metropolitan Police Department report obtained by RealClearInvestigations.

The computer contained notes on Ukraine and former Vice President Joe Biden and other sensitive information, Solomon, 52, said in an interview. He said he was preparing to launch a new podcast and news site at the time.

In the early evening of Jan. 20, the police report states, Solomon's Apple MacBook laptop and computer bag, valued at around $1,800, were stolen from his 2019 Toyota SUV parked at 1776 F St. NW, across from the White House's Eisenhower Executive Office Building. No windows were broken, and there were no other signs of forced entry. Authorities suspect the thief or thieves used an electronic jamming device to open the car door lock.

Solomon said that, other than the bag, nothing else was stolen from his car, including cash he used for the Metro.

The computer and bag, which also contained his U.S. Capitol press security badge, were discovered the next day nearly a block away from where his car had been parked. The contents of the bag had been dumped out on a picnic bench near the FDIC building. The location had no security cameras, so there is no known video surveillance footage that can be reviewed. Authorities described it as one of the few "dark spots" in the area.

Solomon, who noted an iPod was missing from his bag, says he is working with computer forensics experts to determine if any of his laptop information was exploited or if his hard drive was scanned within the period the laptop went missing.

How weird is that??

While I don't want to jump right on the conspiracy wagon, no forced entry + left in an area with no surveillance doesn't sound like your run of the mill thief.

Kind of hard not to put a foot into the conspiracy pool though. Left the cash in his car? Jamming devices that can open the door locks? Dark spots with no surveillance? Secret Service involved?

No other cars burglarized in the same manner (not in the article but had there been they would have mentioned it)? It's like they aren't even trying anymore to make it look random.

Pretty damn stupid to leave that laptop in his car.

The main reason Solomon started looking into Spygate was because he was approached by two FBI agents one night several years back, is his story.

Sheryl Atkinson says Howdy.

,While I don't know all of the details of Atkinson's cyber heist, I know enough to know it was very professional. I don't like to step into the conspiracy pool either, but in this case, I have no problem diving head first. The government has been bleeding Atkinson dry with lots and lots of delays, which is probably SOP. What I don't understand why Trump either hasn't, or can't, get involved in the DOJ antics.

And yes, it wasn't very bright of Solomon to do this. In fact, I'm shocked since he has to know he's a target. I'm kind of surprised he's still alive, as silly as that sounds coming from someone like me.

Hopefully, he'll take better measures in the future. I guess it''s the ultimate sign of respect when the deep state starts using these very high tech tactics. If I were Sarah Carter, I think I'd be a little hurt since they haven''t gone after her yet, as far as we know.

As usual, you put it much better than me; you thought of a few things I didn't think of.

But, it makes me wonder if Solomon is in cahoots with Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, good lord!

Unless it was intentional. A sting. Which might make some sense. Solomon knows he's being watched, Schiff published his phone records, for heaven's sake. A dummy computer with misinformation?

I could NEVER be a field agent, well, at least a good field agent for intelligence. I'd be completely paranoid, never knowing if it's a set up, or counter intel, or just good old fashion intel theft.

Sheesh!

Seriously my first thought. Guy had to be one of most watched reporters these days. He would know that. Leaving a laptop in car makes zero sense.

Seems either created by him to peak interest in his new ventures. Of done on purpose as a sting as you suggest.

FBI Claims Previously Undisclosed Peter Strzok and Lisa Page Emails on Seth Rich Are Redacted to Protect Investigation They Claim Never Happened!

Quote:

As we reported last week, Attorney Ty Clevenger reported to the courts on Monday that despite numerous assurances from the FBI that they had no information related to Seth Rich, the FBI had been caught and therefore was lying to him all this time.

In response, the DOJ immediately stepped in with a letter to the judge. In this letter the DOJ claimed the FBI had met its burden and its search would have located emails "of investigative significance":

...

Now we can report that yesterday, Clevenger filed a motion for evidentiary hearing as a result of the government's response:

In his response, Clevenger shows that the FBI argues that they redacted the emails related to Seth Rich that were recently found and sent to Judicial Watch because they don't want to disclose investigative or prosecutorial activities. However, Clevenger argues that the FBI claimed that there was no investigation or presecution related to Seth Rich how can they redact for this reason when they claim there was no investigation?
Much more at the site.

ETA: His name is Seth Rich!

I just ran across the above tweet by Carter Page from about 3 months ago...I don't believe it graced our thread. It's a good question -- there was quite a bit of Ukraine material in Steele's Dossier. Was Ciaramella involved in compiling it?

Isn't it ironic that the one thing that has been verified in the Steele Dossier is the Ukraine stuff?

Incredible.

Yet Ukrainian interference is a conspiracy theory and a Russian talking point. Meanwhile the Dems act like the Mueller report never happened and Trump did in fact collude with Russia.
