Quote:

A trove of documents on the Clinton Foundation alleging possible pay for play and tax evasion have been turned over to the FBI and IRS by several investigative whistleblowers, who will be testifying in an open hearing before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Thursday, according to the committee and lawmakers.

Roughly 6,000 documents that are expected to reveal the nearly two year investigation by the whistleblowers with a private firm called MDA Analytics LLC, which allegedly turned over the documents more than a year and half ago to the IRS, according to John Solomon, who first published the report last week in The Hill.

The whistleblowers are former federal criminal investigators, who allege that the Clinton Foundation was "engaged in illegal activities and may be liable for millions of dollars in delinquent taxes and penalties," according to Solomon.

The Department of Justice and the FBI's Little Rock, Ark. field office, which is believed to be investigating the foundation, have allegedly obtained the documentation from the whistleblowers as well, according to lawmakers who've spoken with the whistleblowers.

However, a former whistleblower, who has spoke with agents from the Little Rock FBI field office last year and worked for years as an undercover informant collecting information on Russia's nuclear energy industry for the bureau, noted his enormous frustration with the DOJ and FBI. He describes as a two-tiered justice system that failed to actively investigate the information he provided years ago on the Clinton Foundation and Russia's dangerous meddling with the U.S. nuclear industry and energy industry during the Obama administration.

William D. Campbell's story was first published by this reporter in 2017. He turned over more than 5,000 documents and detailed daily briefs to the bureau when he served as a confidential informant reporting on Russia's nuclear giant Rosatom. Campbell worked as an energy consultant, gaining the trust of Russians and providing significant insight into Russia's strategic plans to gain global dominance in the uranium industry. He reported on Russian's intentions to build a closer relationship with Obama administration officials, to include then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as reported. The documents he turned over to the DOJ, which were reviewed by this news site, showed Campbell had also provided highly sensitive information both related to the uranium case, as well as other intelligence matters, since 2006.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller was the director of the FBI at the time Campbell was a confidential informant and according to Campbell the information was briefed to Mueller by his FBI handlers.

"(Mueller) received the documents, copies of which I still have, over a period of years and ignored a national security threat to the United States because of his political preference," said Campbell, who said he is frustrated that the investigation into the Clinton Foundation and the other information he provided was apparently ignored years ago.

But, but he is a Rethuglican

Upshot being, both Page and Strzok's devices issued to them while on Mueller's team were swept clean. OIG could not recover any texts or emails during the months they worked for Mueller.

How convenient.

Just another example of different rules applying to the govt. elites. Had any of the Mueller targets done the same, they would have some additional criminal charges added to their record.

There should be protests against this sort of double standard. This should concern ALL Americans, regardless of political beliefs.

Let me know when and where to protest as long as it is on a Saturday afternoon. I have work M-F and church on Sunday. Also, refreshments would be appreciated.

They were removed from the SCO because of text messages exchanged prior to joining it. Factory resets to their iPhones rather than retaining them was an intentional decision to destroy evidence and obstruct justice.

The OIG did not produce the content of the text messages in its report.
  • "The OIG forensically recovered thousands of text messages from FBI mobile devices issued to Strzok and Page through its multiple extraction efforts. Approximately 9,311 text messages were recovered from Strzok's S5 [Samsung]," the report states.
  • "Approximately 10,760 text messages were recovered from Page's S5."

Are these the already known texts, or are these new?

Good read on the Flynn case by Professor Cleveland. Then after reading the above, you can read below her detailed account on Wiessmann & his history of manipulating 302s in the Enron Case. If Weissmann's fingerprints are on the August 2017 Flynn 302 & there are nefarious revelations, he should be investigated for disbarment.

I wonder how much records evidence they destroyed? I think the Mueller team has had two purposes: investigate the administration, and cover the tracks of previous unscrupulous behaviors by DOJ, or at least carefully analyze and subtly interdict any effort at investigating potential corrruption by endlessly claiming interference with an open investigation or potential obstruction of justice.

The congress, OIG offices and independent watchdog investigators were never supposed to be so thorough, aggressive, and persistent at investigating all this unseemly FBI/DOJ behavior associated with surveillance of American citizens and specific campaigns using legally questionable means and justification, and of suppressing investigation of certain Obama era government activities.

I think they figured they could muddy the waters and keep withholding or blocking access to information long enough for Democrat protection to be elected to force an end to investigations of Obama administration activities.

Let me clarify I don't think it is a carefully planned conspiracy so much as ad-hoc opportunism by persons who know some of what went on, have potential exposure if the full extent of it leaks out, and have an opportunity to subtly interdict on their own behalf or behalf of peers as quid pro quo's in the course of doing their other duties. They probably view it as a greater good to prevent harm via disorder and chaos that could result from exposing substantial corruption in DOJ.

You can see signs of it in the extreme volumes of redaction, much of which seems unnecessary as described when later made available in inrefacted form, and in the careful parsing of terms, and in the repeated delays in handing over requested documentation to oversight and watchdog groups and even to courts.

I think what has them pinned down with the Judge is that date on the 302 7 mos from the interview. That time gap cannot be explained away easily.

On March 3 2017 Comey testified in closed session that he had reviewed the 302s and it was the observation "the agents . . . discerned no physical indications of deception. They didn't see any change in posture, in tone, in inflection, in eye contact. They saw nothing that indicated to them that he knew he was lying to them."

Now it's subjective as to what that exactly means, but what 302 did Comey see in March? Hard for him to see a 302 dated months after he was fired. Sullivan is asking for "all files" that means drafts or whatever. When evidence is destroyed, lost, not produced... In Court, the general conclusion is that it provided information favorable to the Defendant - particularly when it is prohibited by law to destroy even draft government documents, it's all work product and falls under the records retention act.

Weismann destroyed drafts in the past and was caught at it. You can bet Sullivan knows that. So whatever Comey saw five months before the 302 of record is, Sullivan wants to see it. If they cannot produce it they are likely going to have a problem with Sullivan. Too many instances of improper behavior on the part of the prosecution, with the revelation that McCabe may have pushed Flynn to waive counsel, and Comey bragging on the record 2 days ago of how they ambushed Flynn. I think Sullivan smells a rat.

Senate Republicans giving Mule Head more ammo.

Quote:

Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.) said Thursday that the Senate Intelligence Committee has made "quite a few referrals" to special counsel Robert Mueller of cases where witnesses questioned in the panel's Russia probe were suspected of lying, adding he expects there will be more.

"We've made quite a few referrals," Burr, who chairs the Senate panel, told The Hill on Thursday afternoon. "I won't get into the numbers, but where we have found criminality, we have made those referrals, and I'm sure that they're not the last."

The Senate GOP chairman first revealed in November that the committee had referred cases of suspected lying to Mueller as the panel investigates Russian interference in the 2016 election and whether members of the Trump campaign coordinated with Moscow.
