Haha. I take my dog everywhere I can. So yes to Home Depot but no to HEB.

I'll be honest I'm jealous of Herbie. I'd bring my dog to work with me too if I were him.

RIP Ben

Dogs having such short times on this Earth. It hurts so badly to lose them.

Done it 3 times and 3 of the most difficult days of my life. Easy to say you find comfort in knowing they're no longer in pain. Reality is it just plain hurts. Bad.

Why does this matter? This is not the government.

Dogs give us some of the best days of our lives, and 1 of the worst. Hardest thing I have had to do.

That day is coming with one of our dogs. 14 year old Corgi that my wife had before we met. She's got a collapsing trachea so she sometimes has really bad coughing fits. She still has a large majority of good days lounging and begging for scraps, but you can see the age starting to really add up. I'm dreading that day. My 6 year Catahoula got me through some massively dark days a while ago and I'm terrified of that day.

I have two 8 year olds and I get so sad even considering that day coming
