Interesting. If immunity, Baker wouldn't be able to discuss anything/anyone under investigation ... including little fish. Personally, if there's a 'big fish' in play, I'd prefer Perkins Coie. Although I'm uncertain how they'd pierce the client/atty shield.

Don't forget it was Perkins Coie that brought Crowdstrike in to "investigate" the DNC server "hacking" as well.

Elias has been joined at the hips with the DNC for a long time. He was the attorney of record for Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign.

In addition to the suspected Marc Elias, there is another potential lawyer at Perkins Coie with whom Baker may have been meeting: Michael Sussman.

Is the FBI going to investigate Ros for the allegations that he was trying to undermine Trump? I'd like to get him under oath.

Michael Sussman, and Marc Elias, All three have long histories of bailing out very high profile Democrats who get into legal trouble and political scandals.

Elias goes back to Slick Willy and on through to representing the DNC/HRC in 2016 as the campaign General Counsel. Bauer was BHO's W/H Counsel and personal lawyer. Sussman's good buddy was Shawn Henry, President of CrowdStrike.


Perkins Coie hand delivered the "evidence" of Russian hacking to the FBI.

There you have it, as suspected all along, it was collusion alright but not with the Russians.
