Is it possible that the 3rd party performing 702s (e.g Fusion or Crowdstrike or whoever) was a cutout directly to the DNC/CF?

Alternatively, could this circular sourcing be used by Five Eyes via Hillary's server? That is, 702 -> FGPS(?) -> Hillary Server -> MI5 (via hacking) -> Five Eyes -> Steele -> FBI

It seems that "the most transparent administration in history" is meant in regards to foreign intelligence services, not the American People.

First Monday in October is when SCOTUS reconvenes. The first week is usually housekeeping matters, getting clerks settled in, setting schedules for briefing and the like. He wouldn't have to recuse himself on cases if he doesn't get there before that date, IMO.

So the Dems would have to try to delay the final vote well past that. McConnell holds the Trump card here. He's keeping the Senate in session and can order a vote even if the committee stalls. (Screw you, Jeff Flake.) Start counting votes now. Will Pence be needed to break a tie?

If she doesn't show up on Monday but Senate Dems try to use that for further delays (while Feinstein blocks Grassley from issuing a subpoena like she did yesterday) I hope to God McConnell goes fire and brimstone on the Dems in the well of the Senate and concludes with setting the time and date for the full vote.

I don't dislike McConnell as much as some here do, although I do have issues with him.

But, Fire and Brimstone and McConnell just don't seem to go together. I realize the difficulty of his job, at least the Senate leadership. To my knowledge, it's probably like a referee or an umpire, in that if you don't notice them, then they're probably doing a good job.

I just can't see him giving a "kiss mine" speech, or rather a really good "kiss mine" speech.

I'm not, she's done politically, she can screech to people willing to pay her and keep inspiring the right to vote more and vote often but she's done. I've said it a thousand times neither her or Barry will ever see a courtroom, but I expect them to be ruined.
