It really does feel like the figurative "flood gates" are open at this point.

I really hope they exonerate Flynn soon and that's the "turning of the tide" so to speak. It would open a lot of eyes of casual bystanders that simply assumed "he plead guilty, he must be dirty." Once that happens and the OIG hits it could really start a firestorm.

Or maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part.

No Schiff-*****t. And the pace of this thread has increased exponentially. I leave for a hour and a half (need more popcorn ) and it has advanced two pages beyond where I had last left it. You can sense the 'flood gates' are no longer able to keep the water back.
It's deja vu' all over again....

Grassley and Graham joining the party only makes sense. Too bad Rosey won't be there for the colonoscopy.

It's good to see Graham stepping up the plate on this. He's been impressing me lately. He and McCain were two peas in a pod for a long time before Trump - then McCain took a hard turn left and Graham seemingly took a decent swing to the right.

Agreed. Graham is still hit or miss and I don't fully trust him, but he has actually been more hit than miss during Trump's presidency. I have a feeling he and his staff were spied on by Obama. He has been out front on the surveillance stuff for sure.

I saw this article days ago, and it was just too sketchy to me, so I didn't post it. There's always the possibility that it's true, but I just couldn't buy this without more real evidense
SO i read the first two paragraphs and this caught my attention:

Quote:

They ran an operation called "The Limey" to target Flynn and weaken his mental state.

Do any of you remember the TexAgs thread back in 15 or 16 when there was a supposed IC guy on 4chan who posted a whole bunch of "YOU GUYS JUST WAIT UNTIL THIS ALL COMES OUT" and there was a screenshot of an internal chat between 4-5 IC guys, one of which called himself the Limey?

I need to find that old thread.

It would make way more sense to release whatever blackmail information he had on Roberts and get him to resign than try and manipulate his votes...

Yep. The Obama administration was unmasking (spying) on Republican candidates and their campaigns long before the Spring of '16.
And the NSA was in so much disarray that they had no control over their own data base and who had access.

This ties in nicely.
Reading that pisses me off. How the hell does anyone with that kind of sensitive information not have a firm handle on user privileges and tracking? It's beyond belief that they can't go back and track down who was performing these illegal queries. I know you could match up IP address and computer login data to get who was probably the culprit but it takes piecing things together. IP address like Rice and the UN ambassador were probably easy to pinpoint.

They had to log the actual queries to know if it was a violation. There has to be a record of the data being transmitted by the person(s) who are doing the data mining to the people using it since they probably were not using ham radio with that much data being syphoned off.

IS THAT ALSO IN THE 30,000 emails? Are there emails from the miners to Hillori with the illegally obtained data?

Why can't the NSA IG come out with recommendations for indicting contractors that had access and were suspected so you can flip them?

This stuff is going so damn slow but Trump's tweets reveal he is about to drop the hammer.
"We have it all".

I think team Trump has everything and most of these machinations are just going through the motions and checking off the required boxes before releasing the avalanche/flood/pain.

I am convinced when the wash is all out on the line, we are going to find out that Obama was surveilling all 17 candidates And when Trump started taking over it was ramped up on him, until he was nominated and then it turned into an operation to destroy him.

In this hypothetical there is no "try"

Why would they want to remove a "conservative" SC justice that they owned? They would have their favorite explanation locked in. "He's a conservative. Are you suggesting that he is secretly an Obama backer?"

Frisco, when I was 25 years old, I would have said that, but add 30 years, the world looks different.
Hate is how progressives sustain themselves. Without hate, introspection begins to slip into the progressive's consciousness, threatening the progressive with the truth: that their ideas and opinions are illogical, hypocritical, dangerous, and asinine.
This is backed by data.

But, how is a member of Congress supposed to block an FBI Agent from testifying, especially if they have been subpoenaed ??
